Abstract
En la presente se proporcionan métodos para la generación y amplificación de un círculo de ADN lineal en un recipiente de reacción único de un ADN lineal sin etapas de purificación intermedias. El círculo de ADN monocatenario es generado a través de una ligación de ADN monocatenario independiente del patrón. Asimismo se proporciona la amplificación del genoma completo de ácidos nucleicos circulantes extraídos de la sangre. También se proporcionan kits para llevar a cabo los métodos.
