Abstract

Para mantener lo más pequeña posible la superficie base de una instalación de limpieza para componentes constructivos fabricados industrialmente está previsto que las cámaras de proceso (4, 5, 23) y la cámara de robot (3) de la instalación de limpieza se dispongan sobre una placa base (7), siendo la superficie base (8) de la placa base (7) más grande que la superficie base (9) común de las cámaras de proceso (4, 5, 23) y de la cámara de robot (3) y estando previstos en la placa base (7) al menos dos espacios huecos (10, 11, 20) separados espacialmente para alojar los fluidos de proceso, extendiéndose los espacios huecos (10, 11, 20) en cada caso al menos en parte por debajo de las cámaras de proceso (4, 5, 23) y al menos en parte fuera de la superficie base (9) común de las cámaras de proceso (4, 5, 23) y de la cámara de robot (3) y estando dispuesto sobre la placa base (7) por encima de al menos un espacio hueco (10, 11, 20) al menos un componente hidráulico de un circuito hidráulico.
