Abstract

El método comprende un primer paso en el cual una cápsula (7) se inserta en un elemento de percolación (6) del tipo que presenta diferentes cámaras (26 y 27), cada una de las cuales contiene un correspondiente infusor, un flujo de agua que proviene de un tanque (2) se hace llegar a una temperatura predeterminada y un segundo paso en el cual el flujo de agua se dirige hacia una pluralidad de canales, cada uno de los cuales está definido por una respectiva cámara (26 y 27) y por una respectiva área de salida de la cápsula (7).
