Abstract
Se proporciona un método para fabricar un tubo de acero sin costuras para una tubería, capaz de mejorar la dureza de un tubo de acero sin costuras para una tubería. Se calentó un tocho redondo que tiene una composición química, en porcentaje de masa, de C: 0.02 a 0.15%, Si: cuando mucho impurezas (S1). El tocho redondo caliente se perforó y laminó para producir una envoltura hueca (S2). La envoltura hueca se alargó y se laminó y se modificó en tamaño para producir un tubo de acero sin costuras. (S3). El tubo de acero sin costuras se enfría con agua, y se detiene el enfriamiento con agua cuando la temperatura del tubo de acero sin costuras alcanza casi los 450°C (S5). Se templa el tubo de acero sin costuras mediante enfriamiento con agua (S6), y el tubo de acero sin costuras templado se somete a revenido (S7). Figura seleccionada: Fig. 3.
