Abstract
Se describe un método para el fresado en suave de dentados de engranajes cónicos de una pluralidad de engranajes cónicos (20.1) similares. De esta manera, se emplea una herramienta de fresado universal (10), la cual está equipada con un conjunto de cortadoras de barras que comprenden una pluralidad de pares de bordes cortantes interiores (13.1) y bordes cortantes exteriores (14.1). En una primera fase de maquinado, los pares son empleados para una máquina de fresado simultánea de los flancos interiores convexos (21.1*) y los flancos exteriores cóncavos (22.1*) en este engranaje cónico (20.1). En una segunda fase de maquinado subsecuente, ya sea los bordes cortantes exteriores (14.1) son empleados para un pre-maquinado por acabado de fresado de los flancos exteriores cóncavos (21.1*) o los bordes cortantes interiores (13.1) son empleados para un pre-maquinado por acabado de fresado de los flancos interiores convexos (21.1*), en donde durante la segunda fase de maquinado los otros bordes cortantes (13.1 6 14.1) respectivos no son empleados. Luego se usa la misma herramienta de fresado universal (10) con el mismo conjunto de barras cortadoras para de esta manera pre-dentar un segundo engranaje cónico similar. De esta manera, en una tercera fase de maquinado, los pares son usados para un maquinado por fresado simultáneo de los flancos interiores convexos y los flancos exteriores cóncavos en el segundo engranaje cónico. En una cuarta fase de maquinado subsecuente, ya sea los bordes cortantes exteriores (14.1) son empleados para un pre-maquinado por acabado de fresado de los flancos exteriores cóncavos o los bordes cortantes interiores (13.1) son empleados para un pre-maquinado por acabado de fresado de los flancos interiores convexos en este engranaje cónico, en donde durante la cuarta fase de maquinado, los otros bordes cortantes (13.1 á 14.1) respectivos no son empleados.
