Abstract
La invención se refiere esencialmente a un dispositivo y a un método para fundir y laminar metal, en cuyo caso se proveen al menos una primera y una segunda línea de fundición para fundir desbastes así como un tren de laminación para laminar los desbastes fundidos y la primera línea de fundición se forma como una máquina horizontal de fundición de desbastes delgados 1 que comprende al menos un recipiente de suministro 5 para un material fundido y una banda transportadora 6 que pasa en sentido horizontal en dirección de la fundición detrás del, al menos un, recipiente de suministro 5 y la segunda máquina de fundición también se forma como máquina horizontal de fundición de desbastes delgados 1 y / o como máquina vertical de fundición de desbastes delgados 2, que comprende al menos una coquilla 4 para fundir desbastes en sentido vertical así como un dispositivo de doblado y de alineamiento 7 para doblar y alinear los desbastes fundidos en sentido vertical a una posición horizontal, en cuyo caso después, en línea de producción debajo de las al menos dos líneas de fundición está dispuesto un tren de laminación 11 para laminar los desbastes fundidos y las al menos dos líneas de fundición se forman de tal manera que los desbastes fundidos respectivamente con las al menos dos líneas de fundición pueden introducirse al tren de laminación 11.
