Abstract
La presente invención proporciona un derivado de polisacárido que resulta de la sustitución de algunos de los grupos carboxilo en un carboxi polisacárido con -NH-X-CO-Y-Z. También se proporciona un hidrogel del mismo. En la presente, X representa un grupo de hidrocarburo C1-10, Y representa un óxido de polialquileno que tiene átomos de oxígeno en ambos extremos, Z representa un grupo de hidrocarburo C1-24 o -CO-R2 y R2 representa un grupo de hidrocarburo C1-23. El hidrogel mencionado anteriormente tiene una excelente viscoelasticidad y puede inyectarse en un sitio prescrito usando una jeringa u otro instrumento de inyección, y de esta manera, puede usarse como un gel médico o un material de prevención de la adhesión.
