Abstract
Un método para fabricar un pilar de un diente artificial, que incluye un accesorio de implante instalado en un hueso de mandíbula y una corona, que define un contorno del mismo; el pilar se fija al accesorio de implante para conectar el accesorio de implante a la corona; una imagen tridimensional de una cavidad oral de un paciente se genera en una computadora por medio de la digitalización en 3D de una placa dental de yeso; se diseña un diente virtual utilizando la imagen de la cavidad oral, considerando una fila de dientes en una región desde la cual se pierde un diente, la altura de los dientes adyacentes y una alineación con un diente superior o inferior; la forma del pilar se diseña de acuerdo con la forma del diente virtual diseñado; los datos en el pilar diseñado se transmiten a una máquina de la precisión; el pilar diseñado se corta utilizando la máquina de precisión para tener una estructura de un cuerpo.
