Abstract
Para mejorar y perfeccionar el tratamiento térmico de la costura de soldadura y de las áreas colindantes de costura de soldadura (6,7), delante y detrás de la soldadura en sí, que se realiza para minimizar el peligro de la formación de grietas o de modificación de la estructura interna en el área de la costura de soldadura, durante la soldadura de chapas de acero (2), se propone, conforme a la invención, que el calentamiento del área de costura de soldadura (6,7) se realice a través de un inductor lineal (4, 5) que se puede ajustar, de manera definida, en múltiples etapas, con zonas de diferente densidad de podenca, que se encuentre conformado con una división múltiples de su longitud de bucle conductor y/o con un enchapado diferente de los bucles conductores y/o con diferentes niveles de distancia respecto de la banda de acero (2). Aquí, ocurre un aumento más abrupto de temperatura en la primera etapa de calentamiento que en la etapa de calentamiento subsecuente.
