Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a mejoras en un método para moldeo por inyección localizado con ayuda de gas, para hacer un cuerpo hueco a partir de resina plástica en un sistema de moldeo con ayuda de gas que incluye un molde que tiene una abertura para inyección, una cavidad para formar el cuerpo y un depósito para resina, caracterizadas en que el método comprende los pasos de: inyectar cierta cantidad de resina fundida suficiente para la preparación del cuerpo desde una boquilla de inyección y a través de la abertura para inyección, a lo largo de una trayectoria para flujo de resina y en la cavidad del molde, en la cual la resina llena, cuando menos en forma parcial, el depósito; inyectar gas en la resina fundida en el depósito a través de, cuando menos, una abertura para gas en el depósito para distribuir, cuando menos en forma parcial, la resina sobre las superficies interiores que definen la cavidad, con lo cual el cuerpo se forma dentro de una parte predeterminada de la cavidad; enfriar el cuerpo formado a una temperatura inferior al punto de reblandecimiento de la resina; descargar la presión que hay dentro del cuerpo; abrir el molde para sacar el cuerpo.
