Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a procedimiento para purificar un gas usado, en particular un gas ensuciado con fenol y/o con formaldehido y/o con sus productos de condensación, evacuado por una instalación de producción de fibras minerales, según el cual el gas se rocía por medio de un líquido de lavado llevado en conducto y enriquecido con micro-organismos; una parte de las impurezas contenidas en el gas se fija de esa manera y luego el líquido de lavado se recolecta y las impurezas contenidas en el gas se fija de esa manera y luego el líquido de lavado se recolecta y las impurezas que se encuentran en el mismo, se descomponen, cuando menos en parte por medio de los micro-organismos; los cuales se someten a un procedimiento de activación, caracterizado en que el gas usado rociado con líquido de lavado, se conduce en un campo eléctrico de alta tensión. Dispositivo con una instalación de filtración y un recipiente de acumulación para el líquido de lavado enriquecido con micro-organismos; el recipiente de acumulación está empalmado por medio de un conducto con bomba, a la instalación de filtración que desemboca en el recipiente de acumulación, caracterizado en que la instalación de filtración comprende una torre de aspersión provista con boquillas de aspersión y con un separador electrostático húmedo colocado adelante de la instalación; el conducto está empalmado a las boquillas de aspersión de la torre de aspersión.
