Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a mejoras en montaje de álabes de turbina de raíz y colas de milano acanaladas bilateralmente, con una raíz de entrada lateral; el rotor tiene un eje longitudinal de simetría y el álabe tiene una superficie de plano aerodinámico que se extiende hacia fuera desde la raíz; cada raíz tiene una parte acanalada superior en el extremo radial hacia fuera y la cual incluye un par de lengüetas superiores dispuestas simétricas en lados opuestos de la raíz; un par de filetes superiores separados a una distancia d. que tienen un radio de curvadura, rt, y están colocados radiales hacia fuera de las lengüetas superiores y un par de bandas superiores dispuestas entre un filete correspondiente y una lengüeta correlativa que tiene una anchura proyectada, wt, la raíz además tiene una parte acanalada central que se extiende en sentido radial hacia dentro desde la parte acanalada superior y la parte central incluye un par de lengüetas centrales dispuestas simétricas en lados opuestos de la raíz, un par de filetes centrales, cada uno de los cuales tiene un radio de curvatura rm; cada filete está ubicado entre una lengüeta superior y una lengüeta central en lados opuestos de la raíz y un par de bandas centrales, cada una de las cuales tiene una anchura proyectada wm; un parte acanalada inferior que se extiende desde la parte acanalada central radial hacia dentro, la parte acanalada incluye un par de lengüetas inferiores dispuestas simétricas en lados opuestos de la raíz; un par de filetes inferiores que tienen cada uno un radio de curvatura rb; las mejoras caracterizadas en que rt es, cuando menos, 0.13 d; wt no es mayor de 0,65 rt; rm es, cuando menos, 0.075d; wm no es mayor de 1.25 rm; rb es, cuando menos 0.075d y wb no es mayor de 1.25rb para formar una raíz de álabe con lengüetas acanaladas que reduce los efectos perjudiciales de las fuerzas centrífugas, los momentos de flexión y la vibración con la reducción de esfuerzos locales máximos y provee un diseño que reduce las roturas de las herramientas de corte durante la fabricación de las ranuras del rotor.
