Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un agencement de canalisation (21) comprenant deux unités de canalisation (16) présentant un axe central de canalisation (3). L'unité de canalisation (16) comprend une canalisation (1), présentant une surface externe de canalisation (4), une surface d'extrémité de canalisation (5) et un diamètre externe de canalisation (6), et comprend également un raccord de tuyau (2), présentant un diamètre interne de raccord de tuyau (7) et présentant également une partie formant une bride (9) dotée d'une surface (8) de partie formant une bride d'extrémité et d'une partie formant un tuyau (11) dotée d'une surface interne (10) de partie formant un tuyau. Ladite unité formant un tuyau présente un joint d'étanchéité (13), agencé axialement entre les surfaces (8) de parties formant des brides d'extrémité des raccords de tuyau (2), et un dispositif de serrage (24), qui enserre les parties formant des brides (9) des raccords de tuyau (2) des deux unités de canalisation (16) axialement l'un par rapport à l'autre. Le raccord de tuyau (2) est ajusté sur la canalisation (1) au moins jusqu'à ce que la surface (8) de la partie formant une bride d'extrémité et la surface de canalisation d'extrémité (5) soient en affleurement. La canalisation (1) est fixée dans le raccord de tuyau (2) par ajustement à la presse (17) produit par l'élargissement radial de la canalisation (1) et les unités résultantes de canalisation (16) sont enserrées axialement, par les parties formant des brides (9) des raccords de tuyau (2) enserrés, pour former l'agencement de canalisation (21). L'invention concerne également un agencement de canalisation (21) sur lequel peut être mis en œuvre le procédé.
