Description

DESCRIPTION LU504686
COMPOSITION FOR PREVENTING AND TREATING ASPARAGUS STEM
BLIGHT AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF
TECHNICAL FIELD
The invention belongs to the technical field of agricultural biological control, in particular to a composition for preventing and treating asparagus stem blight and a preparation method thereof.
BACKGROUND
Asparagus (Asparagus officinalis L.) is a seedling of asparagus, a perennial herb of
Asparagaceae, which can be eaten by vegetables. Asparagus has extremely high nutritional value, and is rich in vitamin B, vitamin A, folic acid, selenium, iron, manganese, zinc and other trace elements, and has various amino acids necessary for human body.
The selenium content of asparagus is higher than that of ordinary vegetables, close to that of selenium-rich mushrooms, even comparable to that of marine fish and shrimp, and it has the functions of moistening lung, relieving cough, eliminating phlegm, inhibiting tumor growth, etc. It is deeply loved by people and enjoys the reputation of "king of vegetables".
In recent years, with the expansion of asparagus cultivation area, the occurrence of diseases has been aggravated year by year, especially the occurrence and harm of stem blight, which has seriously affected the yield and quality of asparagus. Asparagus stem blight is caused by fungi, and the pathogen is Phomopsis asparagi. Asparagus stem blight spreads rapidly in rainy and windy conditions, and it can also be infected by rainwater splashing. Air infection is the main cause of large-scale disease, and the direction of field spread and the rapid onset are often affected by wind.
At the same time, low-lying, sticky soil, too much nitrogen fertilizer, etc., are easy td/504686 aggravate the disease. Asparagus stem blight will lead to poor growth and development of asparagus, reduce yield and quality, even die ahead of schedule and destroy the whole field. At present, the control of asparagus stem blight is mainly based on chemical control. However, due to the extensive use of chemical agents for many years, the pathogen has strong drug resistance in many areas, which greatly reduces the effect of pesticides, and the use of a large number of chemical agents will also cause environmental pollution, pesticide residues and other problems. Therefore, it is one of the key problems to be solved in this field to find green and environmentally friendly chemicals that can effectively control asparagus stem blight.

Example 4
In this example, the effects of the liquid medicine prepared in Examples 1-3 and
Comparative Examples 1-7 on the control effect and yield increase index of asparagus stem blight were explored by the experimental method described in the article "Control
Effect of Six Fungicides on Asparagus Stem Blight" by Yang Yingqing and Lan Bo. 1. Experimental design
Each test plot covers an area of 30 m?, and each agent is diluted to 100 times solution with the dosage of 600 g/hm?; taking clean water treatment as control. There were 11 treatments, 3 replicates and random block arrangement.
2. Disease investigation LU504686
Five diagonal sampling points were used in each plot, and five connected asparagus were taken at each point. Three asparagus were randomly investigated in each asparagus cluster, and 75 asparagus were investigated in 25 asparagus clusters, and the number of healthy plants and diseased plants at all levels were recorded. The grading standard of illness is: grade 0: no disease; grade 1: the incidence area accounts for less than 6% of the total area; grade 2: the incidence area accounts for 6% - 10% of the total area; grade 3: the incidence area accounts for 11% - 20% of the total area; grade 4: the incidence area accounts for 21% - 30% of the total area; grade 5: the incidence area accounts for more than 30% of the total area. 3. Data processing calculation method
Disease index = > (number of diseased plants at all grades x relative grade value)/total number of plants investigated x5x100;
Control effect = (disease index of control area)/disease index of control area x 100%;
Yield-increasing rate = (output of treatment area and blank control area)/output of blank control area x 100%. 4. Experimental results
The average value of three repeated experiments is counted, and the results are shown in Table 1.
Table 1 Effects of different compositions on control of stem blight and yield increadé/504686 index

Comparative example 6 60.17+0.56 6.04+0.42
Comparative example 7 90.89+0.41 15.84+0.87
It can be seen from Table 1 that the control effects of the composition liquid prepared in Examples 1 to 3 on asparagus stem blight are all above 94%, and all of them can increase asparagus yield by more than 20%. It shows that the composition prepared by the invention has a good control effect on asparagus stem blight.
In Comparative Examples 1-3, the addition of control effect extract, Merremia boisiana (Gagn.) v. Qoststr. extract and Houttuynia cordata Thunb. extract were abandoned respectively, but the total plant extract content was not reduced, and the control effect of the obtained composition on asparagus stem blight was reduced, and the yield increase rate of asparagus was only 6-7%. It shows that the effective components in Artemisiacapillaris Thunb. extract, Merremia boisiana (Gagn.) v. Qoststr. extract and Houttuynia cordata Thunb. extract are reasonably proportioned, and the synergistic effect of the three components achieves good control effect and yield-increasing effect on asparagus stem blight.
In Comparative Examples 4-5, perilla frutescens extract and Radix PeucedahV504686 extract were used to replace Houttuynia cordata Thunb. extract and Merremia boisiana (Gagn.) v. Ooststr. respectively, and compared with the other two extracts, the control effect of the obtained composition on asparagus stem blight decreased, and the control effect of the composition obtained in Comparative Example 4 decreased significantly, with almost no control effect. It shows that not all plant extracts with bacteriostatic effect can be mixed to obtain the composition liquid medicine for effectively preventing and treating asparagus stem blight. The invention reasonably proportionates
Artemisiacapillaris Thunb. extract, Merremia boisiana (Gagn.) v. Ooststr. extract and
Houttuynia cordata Thunb. extract, so that the three extracts have synergistic effect and do not affect each other, thus achieving good prevention and control effect and yield-increasing effect on asparagus stem blight.
In Comparative Example 6, the addition of surfactant was omitted, and the control effect of the obtained composition on asparagus stem blight decreased, indicating that the surfactant improved the control effect on asparagus stem blight by increasing the residence time and adhesion ability of plant extract on asparagus surface.
In Comparative Example 7, chitosan oligosaccharide and carbendazim, which can kill a variety of bacteria and fungi, were added in addition to plant extract and surfactant.
The control effect of the obtained composition on asparagus stem blight was not much different from that of Examples 1-3, but slightly lower than that of Examples 1-3. It is shown that the control effect and yield increase effect of asparagus stem blight are obviously improved by the reasonable ratio of Artemisiacapillaris Thunb. extract,
Merremia boisiana (Gagn.) v. Qoststr. extract, Houttuynia cordata Thunb. extract and surfactant, and no additional sterilization raw materials need to be added.
The above is only the preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be pointed out that a person skilled in the art can make several improvements and embellishments without departing from the principle of the present invention, and these improvements and embellishments should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.
