Abstract

흡수제 재생 조작초기에 생기는의 토출에 의하여 배기 성상이 악화되는 것을 방지한다. 내연기관의 #1기통에 접속되는 제1배기통로(141)상에 3원촉매(5)를 배치하고, 다른(#2∼4)기통에 접속되는 제2배기통로(142)상에흡수제(3)를 배치함과 동시에, 제1배기통로와 제2배기통로가 합류하는 공통배기통로(150)상에 탈질촉매(7)를 배치한다. #2∼4기통을 린공연비로 운전하여흡수제에 배기중의를 흡수시킨 후 #2∼4기통을 린치 공연비로 운전하여흡수제의 재생조작을 행한다. 재생조작 초기에는 #1기통을 리치 공연비로 운전하여, 배기중의의 일부를로 전환하여 탈질촉매에 공급한다. 이에 의하여 재생조작초기에흡수제로부터 토출되는는 탈질촉매(7)상에서

Claims (5)

  1. 린공연비의 배기를, 유입하는 배기의 공연비가린일 때에 배기중의를 흡수하고, 유입하는 배기의 공연비가 리치일 때에 흡수한를 배출, 환원 정화하는흡수제에 통과시킴으로써 상기 린공연비의 배기중의흡수제에 흡수시키고, 이어서, 상기흡수제에 유입하는 배기를 리치공연비로 하여 상기흡수제로붜를 방출, 환원함과 동시에,흡수제를 통가한 배기에 암모니아를 공급하고, 상기 암모니아 공급후의 배기를, 배기중의 암모니아와를 반응시키는 배기정화수단에 통과시켜 상기흡수제로부터 환원되지 않고 방출된를 배기중의 암모니아와 반응시켜 환원하는 배기정화방법.
  2. 배기통로에 배치된 유입하는 배기의 공연비가 린일 때에 배기중의를 흡수하고, 유입하는 배기의 공연비가 리치일 때에 흡수한를 방출, 환원 정화하는흡수제와, 상기흡수제 하류측의 배기통로에 배치된, 배기중의 암모니아와를 반응시키는 배기정화수단과, 상기흡수제에를 흡수시킬 때에,흡수제에 유입하는 배기의 공연비를 린으로 함과 동시에, 상기흡수제로부터 흡수한를 방출시킬 때에흡수제에 유입하는 배기의 공연비를 리치로 하는 배기공연비 조정수단과, 상기흡수제로부터 흡수한를 방출시킬 때에,흡수제 통과후 또는 상기 배기정화수단 유입전의 배기에 암모니아를 공급하는 암모니아 공급수단을 구비한 배기정화장치.
  3. 각각 1 또는 그 이상의 기통으로 이루어진 복수의 기통군을 가지는 내연기관의 배기정화장치에 있어서, 상기기통군중 일부의 기통군에 접속된 제1배기통로와, 상기 기통군중 다른 기통군에 접속된 제2배기통로와, 상기 제1과 제2의 배기통로가 합류하는 공통배기통로와, 상기 제1배기통로에 배치된 유입하는 배기의 공연비가 리치일 때에 배기중의의 적어도 일부를 암모니아로 전환하는 암모니아 생성수단과, 상기 제2배기통로에 배치된 유입하는 배기의 공연비가 린일 때에 배기중의를 흡수하고, 유입하는 배기의 공연비가 리치일때에 흡수한를 방출, 환원정화하는흡수제와, 상기 공통배기통로에 배치된 유입하는 배기중의와 암모니아를 반응시키는 배기정화수단과, 상기흡수제에를 흡수시킬 때에 상기 다른 기통군을 린 공연비로 운전하고, 상기흡수제로부터 흡수한를 방출시킬 때에 상기 다른 기통군리치공연비로 운전하는 제1공연비 고정수단과, 적어도 상기흡수제로부터 흡수한를방출시킬 때에 상기 일부와 기통군을 리치 공연비로 운전하는 제2공연비 조정수단을 구비한 내연기관의 배기정화장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제2공연비 조정수단은, 상기흡수제에를 흡수시킬 때에 상기 일부 기통군을 리치 공연비로 운전하고, 상기 제2공연비 조정수단은, 상기흡수제로부터 흡수한를 방출시킬 때에, 상기 제1공연비 조정수단이 상기 다른 기통군의 리치공연비 운전을 개시한 후 미리 정한 기간이 경과할 때까지 상기 일부 기통군을 리치공연비로 운전하고, 상기 미리 정한 기간의 경과시에 상기 일부 기통군의 운전공연비로 린 또는 이론공연비로 전환하는 배기정화장치.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 다시, 상기 일부 기통군을 상기 제1배기통로와 제2배기통로의 어느 한쪽에 선택적으로 접속하는 배기 전환수단과, 상기 배기전환수단과 상기 제2공연비 조정수단을 제어하여, 상기흡수제에를 흡수시킬 때에, 상기 일부의 기통군을 상기 제2배기통로에 접속함과 동시에 린 공연비로 운전하고, 상기흡수제로부터 흡수한를 방출시킬 때에 상기 일부 기통군을 상기 제1배기통로에 접속함과 동시에 리치 공연비로 운전하는 전환제어수단을 구비한 내연기관의 배기정화장치.
