Abstract

본 발명은 욕조 또는 세면대 및 건물의 내, 외장재로 쓰이는 인조석재(일명; 마블, 또는 F,R,P)에 있어서, 성형되는 성형품의 표면이 두터운 입체감을 갖도록 하는 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 특히 도료층이 얇아도 표면층이 깊고 두텁게 투시되는 질감을 얻고자하는 것이 본발명의 목적으로, 몰드에 표층을 형성하는 도료층을 도포하기 전에 흘러내리지 않을 정도의 점성을 유지하는 투명수지인 폴리에스테르 수지를 적당한 크기의 경구를 갖는 스레이건을 사용하여 몰드에 물방울이 맺히는 것처럼 뿌려서 경화시킨 후, 표층을 형성하는 도료층을 도포하고 저면층을 형성하는 재료를 융착구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표층에 입체감을 주는 인조석재의 제조 방법.

Claims (1)

  1. 인조석재를 제조하는 통상의 방법에 있어서, 몰드에 표층을 형성하는 도료층을 도포하기 전에 점성을 갖는 투명수지(1)를 물방울이 맺히는 것처럼 뿌려서 경화시킨 후, 표층을 형성하는 도료층을 도포하고 저면층을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표층에 입체감을 주는 인조석재 제조방법.
