Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain a lustrous and beautifully colored accessory using usual materials by forming transparent plastic layer, adhering decorative material on the layer, covering the whole backside with white liner, and pouring plastics to the edge of these layers to fix totally.
CONSTITUTION: Transparent synthetic resin mixed with hardener is coated on a silicone rubber cavity surface 1 and cured to form a synthetic resin layer 4. Decorative material 5 such as Nishijin cloth, Japan paper and patterned cloth is cut into a specified size and coated with a transparent synthetic resin solution mixed with hardener. Then it is placed to adhere so as to the decorative face down to the layer 4 on which transparent synthetic resin solution mixed with hardener is also coated. After the synthetic resin coated on the decorative material 5 is cured, white oil paint is coated on the whole backside of material 5 to form lining layer 7. After drying of the layer 7, transparent or colored synthetic resin mixed with hardener is filled in to form resin part 11. Finally, the formed object is separated from the cavity C as a finished accessory A.
