Abstract

본 발명은 건축용으로 사용되는 바닥판재를 사각형태로 절단하는 절단장치에 관한 것으로서, 특히 생산량을 증대 시키고 불량률을 감소시켜 생산성이 상승되도록 한 발명에 관한 것이다. 종래에는 프레스금형 사이에서 타발형성되는 제품의 절단면이 거칠어 바닥판재의 품질이 저하되는 문제점과, 프레스의 슬라이드가 1행정 하는 한번의 공정에 한개의 바닥판재가 생산되므로 생산성이 극도로 저하되는 페단이 발생되었다. 따라서, 본 발명은 건축용 바닥판재의 절단장치를 구성함에 이어서, 복수개의 프레임(11)이 장방체로 결합된 프레임부(10)와, 상기 양측 프레임(11)에 축설되는 원통형 주축로울러(21)의 회전축(22)이 모터(24)로 구동되는 감속기(23)와 연결되는 주축부(20)와, 상기 주축로울러(21)의 상부와 하부 양측에 각각 장착되는 제1,2,3지지로울러(31)(32)(33)들 사이에 지지용벨트(34)가 연결된 지지부(30)와, 상기 주축로울러(21) 전방 양측에 장착된 절단로울러(41)에는 복수개의 회전날(42)이 일정간격으로 중첩된 절단부(40)에 의하여 구성토록 함으로써, 한차례의 작업공정에 의하여 절단면이 양호한 수십장의 바닥판재를 얻을 수 있는 바, 그 생산성을 극대화 시킬 수 있는 것이며, 절단작업이 자동으로 이루어 지도록 하여 산업재해를 근절할 수 있는 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 복수개의 프레임(11)이 장방체로 결합되고, 그 상부에는 안내판(12)이 장착된 프레임부(10)와, 상기 프레임부(10)의 양측 프레임(11)에 축설되는 원통형 주축로울러(21)에는 소정의 폭을 갖는 쿠션재(21a)가 일정간격으로 삽착되고, 주축로울러(21)의 회전축(22)은 모터(24)로 구동되는 감속기(23)와 연결되는 주축부(20)와, 상기 주축로울러(21)의 상부와 하부 양측에 각각 장착된 사각틀체 형상의 안내레일(35)에는 실린더(36)의 피스톤로드(36a)에 의하여 지지되는 베어링 삽지구(35a)가 슬라이드 삽지되어 제1지지로울러(31)와 제2지지로울러(32)들이 각각 축설되며, 주축로울러(21)의 상부 전방에 위치한 프레임(11)에 일정 간격을 이격하여 횡설된 상하 가이드편(11a) 사이에는 제3지지로울러(33)가 축설된 복수개의 지지대(37)들이 중첩 설치되고, 프레임(11)후방에 나합된 복수개의 조절볼트(39)들에 의하여 지지대(37) 후방에 삽지된 스프링(38)이 지지되어 제3지지로울러(33)가 탄력적으로 설치되며, 상기 제1,2,3지지로울러(31)(32)(33)들의 사이에는 지지용벨트(34)들이 장착되어 그 일부가 주축로울러(21)에 접면되는 지지부(30)와, 상기 주축로울러(21) 전방 양측의 프레임(11)에 장착된 사각틀체 형상의 안내레일(44)에는 조절볼트 (45)에 의하여 지지되는 베어링 삽지구(44a)가 슬라이드 삽지되고, 이 베어링 삽지구(44a)에는 복수개의 회전날(42)이 일정간격으로 중첩된 절단로울러(41)가 축설된 절단부(40)에 의하여 구성되어 짐을 특징으로 하는 건축용 바닥판재의 절단장치.
