Abstract

전기 커텟터의 접점 유지장치는 마주보는 대체적으로 평행한 제1, 제2벽들(30,32)을 가지는 공동(18)을 갖는 유전체 하우징(12)을 포함한다. 상기 제1벽(30)내의 리세스(34)는 제1벽을 갖는 코너(36)들을 한정하는 측벽(35)들을 가진다. 상기 접점(40)은 상기 공동(18)내부에 삽입되도록 형성된 유지부(46)를 가진다. 상기 유지부(46)는 상기 공동의 제2벽(32)의 측면에 부딪히는 베이스 표면(54)를 가진다. 상기 유지부의 마주보는 외장 표면(56)은 간섭 피트내 상기 공동의 코너(36)들과 맞물린 편행하지 않은 측표면을 갖는 양각부조부를 가지며, 그것으로 인해 커넥터 내의 접점이 유지된다.

Claims (7)

  1. 하우징의 외부 표면으로부터 안쪽으로 확장된 공동을 가지는 유전체 하우징과, 대체로 평행한 마주보는 제1, 제2벽들을 가지는 상기 공동과, 하우징의 외부표면에 대체로 평행한 제1방향으로 선택된 길이를 가지는 제1벽과, 그리고 상기 하우징의 외부표면으로부터 상기 공동 속으로 삽입하기 위해 형성된 유지부를 가지는 접점을 포함하는 전기 커낵터를 의한 접점 유지 장치에 있어서, 상기 제1벽내의 리세스는 제1방향으로 상기 선택된 길이 제1벽의 보다 짧은 선택된 길이를 가지고, 상기 리세스는 상기 제1벽과 교차하는 측벽의 코너들에 의해 한정된 측벽들을 가지며, 그리고 상기 접점의 유지부는 제2벽을 갖도록 조립된 베이스 표면과 상기 리세스를 갖도로 조립된 양각부르 가지는 마주보는 외장 표면을 포함하며, 상기 양각부는 상기 공동속의 상기 접접의 삽입부 상에 상기 코너들을 갖도록 조합된 평행하지 않은 측벽들을 가지며, 상기 베이스 펴면은 제2측면을 갖는 접합부내부에 있고 상기 측표면은 간섭 피드내의 상기 코너에서 하우징을 갖는 맞물림부에 있으며, 그것으로 인하여 하우징내의 상기 접점을 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 접점유지장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 접점은 평면재의 밴트 스트립으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 접점유지장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 유지부는 유지부상에 양각부조부를 갖는 상기 스트립의 형면부분인 것을 특징으로 하는 접점유지장치.
  4. 다수의 공동을 가지는 유전체 하우징과, 상기 하우징의 외부 표면으로부터 안쪽으로 확장되고, 대체로 평행하게 마주보는 제1벽과 제2벽을 가지는 각각의 공동과, 상기 하우징의 외부 표면에 대체로 평행한 공통의 제1방향으로 선택된 길이르 가지는 각각의 제1벽들과, 상기 각 하나의 공동내에 배치된 다수의 접점을 포함하는 전기 커넥터에 있어서, 각 제1벽들은 그 속에 리세스를 가지고, 삭기 각 리세스들은 그들 각각의 상기 제1벽의 제1방향으로 선택된 길이보다 짧은 선택된 길이를 가지며, 그리고 각 접점들은 그들 각각의 상기 공동의 제2벽을 갖는 접합부 내의 베이스 표면과 간섭피트 내의 그들의 각각의 상기 공동의 상기 코너의 하우징을 갖는 맞물림부 내의 평행하지 않은 상기 표면을 갖는 양각부조부를 가지는 마주보는 외장표면을 포함하고, 그로인해 상기 하우징내의 접점을 유지하는 힘은 제1방향에 관하여 직각이 아닌 각을 이루고, 그것으로 인하여 주어진 방향내의 상기 유지력의 합계가 최소화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 다수의 공동은 적어도 한열에 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 각 접접들은 평면재의 밴트 스트립으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 각 접점의 유지부는 유지부 상에 양각부를 갖는 스트립의 평면부분인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
