Abstract

본 발명은 접촉 조립체가 패널에 수직으로 삽입될 수 있게 하면서 결합 모듈러 플러그가 패널에 대한 각도로 삽입될 수 있게 하는 패널 장착 각형 모듈러 잭 조립체에 관한 것이다. 접촉부의 인쇄 회로 기판 종단 단부는 전도체가 기판과 잭 장착 패널 상에 위치한 절연 변위 스트립 상에 종단될 수 있게 허용하면서 패널과 평행하게 장착된다.

Claims (9)

  1. 제1 축에 평행한 방향으로 커넥터의 전방에서 삽입 가능한 전기 플러그를 수용하기 위한 구멍을 한정하는 벽들을 구비한 하우징과, 제2 축에 평행하고 삽입된 플러그와 접촉을 이루지 않는 비접촉 제공부를 갖는 신장된 접촉부와, 스프링부와, 삽입된 플러그와 접촉을 이루는 접촉 제공부를 포함하는 전기 커넥터에 있어서, 상기 접촉 제공부는 상기 비접촉 제공부에 대해 각도를 이루어 위치되고 상기 스프링부에 의해 상기 비접촉 제공부로부터 바이어스되고, 상기 접촉 제공부의 상부 단부는 보유부에 대항하여 바이어스되고, 상기 접촉 제공부는 서로에 대해 각도를 이루어 위치한 제1 부분 및 제2 부분을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 접촉부는 전선 접촉부인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비접촉 제공부는 장착부 내에 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비접촉 제공부는 단부에서 pcb에 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 비접촉 제공부는 상기 pcb에 직각으로 납땜되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 pcb는 부착된 절연 변위 커넥터를 구비하고, 상기 절연 변위 커넥터와 상기 장착부는 평행하고, 상기 pcb는 상기 장착부에 수직으로 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 접촉 제공부는 상기 제1 부분 및 상기 제2 부분 사이의 구부림 지점에서 구부러지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 접촉 제공부는 만곡되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 보유부는 하우징의 상부 벽인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
