Abstract
증진된 금속 스트립(72,74,76)을 튜브로 성형학 용접하기 이전에 상기 스트립의 에지가 핀삽입체(80)에 의해 성형된다. 상기 금속 스트립의 에지는 스트립의 비증진부(76)의 종방향 에지가 용접중에 접촉하여 용접부에서의 금속 체적의 변동(이러한 변동은 용접의 불안정성을 야기한다)을 감소시키도록 성형된다.

제5도는 핀삽입 각도가 제로인 용접 튜브를 나타내는 단면도이다, 제8도는 본 발명의 제1실시예에 따른 핀삽입체를 나타내는 단면도이다, 제14도는 본 발명의 제3실시예에 따른 핀삽입체를 나타내는 단면도이다.
Claims (9)
- 제1 및 제2대향 표면(38,39)을 갖는 금속 스트립(34)으로 내부 증진 용접 튜브를 제조하기 위한 방법에 있어서, a) 금속 스트립(34)의 제1표면(38)상에 하나의 패턴(36)을 형성하는 단계와, b) 내벽(50)을 형성하는 제1표면(38)으로 상기 금속 스트립(34)을 튜브형상으로 형성하는 단계와, c) 관련 핀 삽입체(60)를 구비하는 핀패스 롤을 통해 상기 금속 스트립(34)을 통과시키므로써 상기 금속 스트립(34)의 종방향 에지를 둘 이상의 다른 각도(44,48′)로 성형하는 단계로서, 상기 종방향 에지의 제2표면(39)에 근접한 제1부분은 상기 핀삽입체(60)의 중심선 축에 대해 제1각도(44)로 성형되고, 상기 종방향 에지의 상기 제1표면(38)에 근접한 제2부분은 제2각도(48′)로 성형되며, 상기 제1각도(44)는 (180°-제2각도(48′))보다 큰 성형 단계와, d) 상기 금속 스트립(34)의 에지를 접촉시키는 단계 및, e) 상기 에지를 함께 용접(54)하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접 튜브 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1부분(38)은 상기 중심선 축에 대해 6° 내지 18°의 각도로 성형되고, 상기 제2부분(39)은 상기 중심선 축에 대해 175° 내지 180°의 각도로 성형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접 튜브 제조 방법.
- 금속 스트립(70)으로 내부 증진 용접 튜브를 제조하기 위한 방법에 있어서, a) 금속 스트립(70)의 제1측 부상에 단면적 두께 “a”의 제1증진부(72)를 형성하는 단계와, 한) 상기 금속 스트립(70)의 대향하는 제2측부상에 단면적 두께 “c”의 제2증진부(74)를 형성하는 단계로서, 상기 제1증진부(72)와 제2증진부(74) 사이에는 단면 두께 “b”의 비증진부(76)가 배치되는 단계와, c) 외벽(50)을 형성하는 제1측부(72)로 상기 금속 스트립(70)을 튜브형상으로 형성하는 단계와, d) 관련 핀 삽입체(80)를 구비하는 핀패스 롤을 통해 상기 금속 스트립(70)을 통과시키므로써 상기 금속 스트립(70)의 종방향 에지를 둘 이상의 다른 각도(44,48′)로 성형하는 단계로서, 기초부(76)는 핀삽입체(80)의 중심선 축(82)에 대해 5° 내지 30°의 각도 α로 형성되고, 제1증진부(72)와 인접한 부분은 상기 중심선 축(82)에 대해 각도 β로 형성되며 (여기서 β는 (α+1°) 내지 (α+15°)임), 제2의 증진부(74)에 인접한 부분은 상기 중심선 축(82)에 평행한 성형 단계와, e) 상기 금속 스트립(70)의 에지를 접촉시키는 단계 및, f) 상기 에지를 함께 용접(84)하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접 튜브 제조 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 각도 α로 형성되는 종방향 에지의 부분(76)은 (b+0.05a+0.05c) 내지 (b+0.20a+0.20c)의 길이를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접 튜브 제조 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 α는 10° 내지 20°인 것을 특징으로 하는 용접 튜브 제조 방법.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 상기 β는 (α+2°) 내지 (α+10°)인 것을 특징으로 하는 용접 튜브 제조 방법.
- 외표면(26)과, 내표면(28)과, 용접부(24,62)에 의해 함께 접합되는 종방향 에지(18)를 갖는 용접 금속 튜브에 있어서, 상기 내표면(16)은 다수의 홈에 의해 증진(50)되며, 상기 종방향 에지(18)는 하나 이상의 굴곡점(52,78)을 갖고, 상기 용접부(62)는 상기 홈내에서 오목해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접 금속 튜브.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 튜브는 구리, 알루미늄, 구리 합금, 알루미늄 합금, 스테인레스 스틸, 티탄으로 구성되는 그룹중에서 선택되는 재료로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접 금속 튜브.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 튜브는 그 내경이나 외경을 지나 연장되는 용접 비이드가 없는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접 금속 튜브.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
