Abstract

유니버설 믹서는 주요 구성요소로서 믹싱 과정 중 회전할 수 있는 실린더 형태의 컨테이너 바디(1)를 가지고 있다. 컨테이너 바디(1)를 관통하는 회전봉(7)은 동 컨테이너 바디의 기하축에 대해 실질적으로 가로질러 놓여진 위치에 있게 되어 양쪽 베이스면의 가장자리 부분과 그 정반대의 위치에 각각 자리잡게 된다는 점에 그 특징이 있다. 동 베이스면중의 한면(3) 그리고 회전봉(7)의 반대방향쪽에는 밀봉 잠금방치가 되있는 충전-취출 캡(5)이 만들어져 있다. 동 입구 혹은 개구부는 믹서기에 혼합대상물을 채울 시 맨 위쪽을 향한 위치로 조정할 수 있으며 혼합 과정(mixing)이 끝나고 난 후 내용물을 빼낼 시 맨 아래쪽을 향한 위치로 조정할 수 있다. 컨테이너(1) 내부에는 절삭 날개(11)가 달려져 동 컨테이너(1)와 마찬가지로 회전력을 가질 수도 있고 믹싱에 있어서의 분쇄과정을 더욱 효과적으로 하기 위해 따로 떼어 놓을 수도 있다. 더 나은 절삭 효과를 위해서 날개(11)는 선택적으로 절삭 날의 칼날처럼 응용해 사용가능한다.

Claims (10)

  1. 혼합대상물을 받아들일 수 있으며 또한 내부 혼합작업이 가능한 회전운동을 수용한 컨테이너 바디(1)를 채용하고 있으며 위의 컨테이너 바디(1)는 몸통축(1)에 대해 예각으로 놓여진 봉(7)에 견고히 연결되어 있으며, 상기 봉(7)의 회전운동, 그에 따르는 컨테이너(1)의 회전은 컨테이너 바디(1)내의 혼합대상물이 세로로 교차하면서 이동하도록 해주는 것을 특징으로 하는 유니버설 믹서기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 봉(7)은 수평의 위치를 유지하고 있으며 베어링이나 그 밖의 마찰방지부품을 통하여 그 끝 부분은 받침목(8)위에 놓여지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유니버설 믹서기.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 컨테이너 바디(1)는 양쪽 베이스의 한쪽 혹은 그 근접한 측면 표면쪽에 충전-취출을 위한 입구(4)를 형성하며 이 때 봉(7)이 기울어져 있으며 믹서기에 있어서 가장 높은 위취뿐만 아니라, 아래쪽 한계 상태를 채택할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유니버설 믹서기.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 충전-취출 입구(4)는 공기차단 잠금장치의 캡(5)으로 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유니버설 믹서기.
  5. 전기한 항에 있어서, 컨테이너 바디(1)는 실린더 모양이며 여기에 연결된 봉(7)은 실린더의 베이스중 한쪽면을 관통하여 충전-취출입구와 반대방향의 가장자리로 나오게 되고 다른 한쪽 베이스쪽으로는 역시 가장자리 쪽으로 그리고 앞의 베이스쪽과는 반대방향으로 나오는 것을 특징으로 하는 유니버설 믹서기.
  6. 전기한 항에 있어서, 컨테이너 바디내의 혼합되는 장소에 분쇄날개(9)가 위치하며 이것은 봉(7)자체에 혹은 컨테이너 바디(1) 자체에 상관없이 아무데나 고정될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유니버설 믹서기.
  7. 전기한 항에 있어서, 컨테이너 바디 내부의 혼합대상물 분쇄를 위한 분쇄날개는 최소한 한 개의 프로펠러(11)로 구현되어 컨테이너(1)의 회전축에 편의에 따라 연결되며 이 때 특이할 만 한 것은 이 프로펠러에서 서로 반대 방향으로 돌아가는 한 쌍의 날개가 한 개의 프로펠러 내에 혹은 여러 프로펠러 내에 있을 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유니버설 믹서기.
  8. 제5항에 있어서, 컨테이너 바디내의 분쇄날개(11)는 컨테이너의 회전봉(7)과는 독립된 봉(14)위에 장착되며, 따라서 날개(11)는 컨테이너 바디(1)의 동력원(12)과는 별개로 한 개의 동력원(13)으로부터 동력을 공급받는 것을 특징으로 하는 유니버설 믹서기.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 날개(11)는 소속된 보완봉(14)은 관의 형태이며 컨테이너 바디(1)의 주 작동봉(7)위에 베어링이라든가 혹은 이에 상응하는 부품을 통하여 축모양으로 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유니버설 믹서기.
  10. 제1항 내지 제6항에 있어서, 컨테이너 바디(1)내에 분쇄기능에 절삭기능까지 부여하는 칼날을 가진 분쇄날개(15)가 장착되어 있으며 이로써 날개는 진짜 절삭날의 역할까지도 수행할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유니버설 믹서기.
