Abstract

본 발명은 활성물질 에스트라디올을 함유하고 활성물질 및 수분에 대해 불침투성을 지닌 백킹층으로 된 층상 구조를 가지며, 활성물질함유 매트릭스, 필요한 경우에 매트릭스를 감싸는 제거가능한 보호층으로 구성되는 트랜스더멀 치료 시스템에 있어서, 상기 매트릭스는 물 최대 흡수량이 1중량%이거나 실질적으로 물을 함유하지 않는 글리세롤을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 트랜스더멀 치료 시스템에 관한 것이다.

Claims (8)

  1. 활성물질 에스트라디올을 함유하고 활성물질 및 수분에 대해 불침투성을 지닌 백킹층으로 된 층상 구조를 가지며, 활성물질함유 매트릭스, 필요한 경우에 매트릭스를 감싸는 제거 가능한 보호층으로 구성되는 트랜스더멀 치료 시스템에 있어서, 상기 매트릭스는 물 최대 흡수량이 1중량%이거나 실질적으로 물을 함유하지 않는 글리세롤을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 트랜스더멀 치료 시스템
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 매트릭스는 다수의 층으로 이루어지고, 이들 중 하나 이상의 층은 물 최대 흡수량이 1중량%이거나 실질적으로 물을 함유하지 않는 글리세롤을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 트랜스더멀 치료 시스템.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 전체 매트릭스 물질 중의 무수 글리세롤의 비율은 1∼50중량%, 바람직하게는 10∼35중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 트랜스더멀 치료 시스템.
  4. 제1항 또는 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 매트릭스에 함유된 에스트라디올은 무수 결정체의 분산액으로서 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 트랜스더멀 치료 시스템.
  5. 제1항 또는 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 매트릭스의 기제 또는 이들 층 중 한 층은 아크릴산 에스테르 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 트랜스더멀 치료 시스템.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 아크릴산 에스테르 공중합체는 에스트라디올 결정체의 용해도가 0.4∼3.0%인 것을 특징으로 하는 트랜스더멀 치료 시스템.
  7. a) 에스트라디올 반수화물과, 용액, 분산액 또는 매트릭스 기제의 용융물 중의 수결합 글리세롤의 현탁액을 제조하는 단계, b) 캐리어 포일을 현탁액으로 피복하는 단계, 및 c) 피복층을 50∼175℃으로 가열하여 건조시켜 에스트라디올 반수화물을 무수 에스트라디올로 변환시키는 단계로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항의 트랜스더멀 치료 시스템의 제조방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 트랜스더멀 치료 시스템은 기밀하게 밀폐되고 건조제가 첨가된 패키지 수단에 팩킹되는 것을 특징으로 하는 트랜스더멀 치료 시스템의 제조방법.
