Abstract

Claims (11)

  1. 양극이 금속-유기황 재료를 포함하며 유기 그룹은 융합된 방향족 링을 포함하지 않으며: 상기 재료가 하나 이상의 금속-황 결합을 특징으로 하며: 양극이 충전 및 방전될 때 금속의 형식 산화 상태가 변화되는 배터리 전지.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 폴리머이며 폴리머 반복 단위의 금속에 직접 연결되지 않는 황원자를 포함하는 금속-유기황 재료를 특징으로 하며 양극의 충전 및 방전시 황-황 시스틴 결합이 분자내 및/또는 분자간에 형성 또는 깨어지며 분자내 시스틴 결합이 금속-황 결합의 황들 간에는 형성되지 않음을 특징으로 하는 배터리 전지.
  3. 양극이 화학식 2(M'z+ (c/z)[Mq(RSy)xc-])n 을 가지는 금속-유기황 재료를 포함하는 배터리 전지. 여기서, z=1또는 2: y=1내지 20: x=1 내지 10: c=0 내지 10: n 1: q=1 내지 10이며: M'는 금속 또는 다른 양이온이며: M은 다가금속이며, n이 1보다 클 때 폴리머 금속-유기황 재료의 상이한 반복단위에서 상이한 다가 금속일 수 있으며: R은 지방족 사슬, 방향족 링, 지방족 링 및 R이 융합된 방향족 링을 포함하지 않는다는 전제하에서 지방족 사슬, 방향족 링, 지방족 링의 조합에서 선택된 하나이상의 유기 부분을 포함한 1 내지 20개의 탄소원자를 가진 유기 그룹이며: 상기 지방족 사슬, 방향족 및 지방족 링은 산소, 황, 실리콘, 인 또는 질소 이질원자중 하나 이상의 포함할 수 있으며 하나 이상의 전자 끄는기로 치환될 수 있으며: 각 지방족 사슬은 선형 또는 가지형, 포화 또는 불포화이며: n1일 때 R은 폴리머 금속-유기황 재료의 상이한 반복 단위에서 상이할 수 있다.

  5. 제 3 항에 있어서, M'는 Li+또는 Na+에서 선택되며, n1일 때 어떤 반복단위에서 M'는 테트라알킬암모늄 양이온이나 2가 금속 양이온에서 선택된 보조 도핑제이며: M은 Mn, Fe 또는 Cu에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 배터리 전지.
  6. 제 4 항에 있어서, M'는 Li+또는 Na+이며: M은 폴리며 금속-유기황 재료의 반복단위에서 Fe, Mn 또는 Cu이며 상기 선택된 Fe, Mn 또는 Cu는 98내지 100 중량%이며 어떤 반복 단위에서 M은 0 내지 2 중량%의 다가금속이며: x=1이며: RSy는 테트라티오에틸렌, 테트라티오벤젠, 헥사티오벤젠, 또는 6내지 8개의 황으로 치환된 시클로옥타테트라엔으로 부터 유도됨을 특징으로 하는 배터리 전지.

  8. 배터리가 금속-유기황 재료, 겔 및 전기전도성 물질을 포함하며: 상기 금속-유기황 재료의 부피%는 30내지 80%이며: 상기 겔의 부피%는 10내지 50%이며: 상기 전기 전도성 물질의 부피%는 0내지 20%인 청구항 3에 따른 배터리 전기를 포함한 겔 포맷의 배터리.
  9. 배터리가 금속-유기황 재료, 전해질 및 전기 전도성 물질을 포함하고: 금속-유기황 재료의 부피%가 30내지 60%이며: 전해질의 부피%가 30내지 70%이며: 전기 전도성 물질의 부피%가 8내지 20%인 청구항 3에 따른 배터리 전지를 포함한 고체상태 포맷의 배터리.
  10. 제 3 항에 있어서, 음극이 나트륨, 리튬, 리튬 또는 나트륨의 하나 이상의 추가 알카리 금속과의 혼합물, 리튬 또는 나트륨의 하나 이상의 추가 알카리 토금속과의 혼합물, 리튬 또는 나트륨의 하나 이상의 알카리 금속 및 하나 이상의 알카리 토금속과의 혼합물, 또는 리튬 또는 나트륨의 Na4Pb, 리튬-실리콘 합금 또는 리튬-알루미늄 합금과 같은 이원 또는 사원 합금을 형성할 하나 이상의 원소와의 혼합물에서 선택된 재료를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 배터리 전지.
  11. 제 3 항에 있어서, 음극이 삽입된 탄소 및/또는 탄소의 하나 이상의 추가 알카리금속과의 혼합물을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 배터리 전지.
