Abstract

본 발명은 경량이며, 굽휨 강도에서 우수하며, 압축 강도와 압축 영구적인 스트래인 사이에서 조화가 잘된 발포 성형체에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 발포체는 열가소성 수지 저-팽창-발포 박층으로 전체 외부면이 둘러싸인 열가소성 수지 고팽창 발포체가 상술한 저-팽창-발포체 박층을 통해서 서로 열로 융합되는 발포체이다.

Claims (13)

  1. 열가소성 수지로 이루어진 고팽창 발포체; 열가소성 수지로 이루어진 상기 고팽창 발포체의 외부면을 덮고 있는 열가소성 수지로 이루어진 저-팽창-발포 박층을 포함하고, 복수개의 상기 고팽창 발포체가 저-팽창-발포 박층을 통해 서로 열로 융합됨을 특징으로 하는 발포체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 전체 외부면이 상기 저-팽창-발포 박층으로 둘러싸인 열가소성 수지로 이루어진 고팽창 발포체는 두께 방향을 따라 서로 겹치지 않게 단층으로 배열되며, 횡방향을 따라 저-팽창-발포 박층을 통해서 서로 열로 융합됨을 특징으로 발포체.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 저-팽창-발포 박층의 팽창비가 1.1∼10배이며, 두께는 30∼500㎛임을 특징으로 하는 발포체.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 고팽창 발포의 팽창비가 20∼50배임을 특징으로 하는 발포체.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중에 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적어도 한면 상에 축적되며, 강화 섬유 및 열가소성 수지로 이루어진 합성 시트를 더 포함함을 특징으로 하는 발포체.
  6. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 열가소성 수지가 바다의 섬과 같은 구조로 형성된 부분들인, 높은 교차 결합밀도를 갖은 교차 결합된 부분을 많이 지니며, 낮은 교차결합 밀도를 갖은 교차 결합된 부분을 적게 지님을 특징으로 하는 발포체.
  7. 발포체를 함유하는 패창 가능한 열가소성 수지 펠릿 또는 환형 물질을 뿌리는 단계, 미 팽창 가능한 열가소성 수지 펠릿 또는 환형 물질을 팽창 가능한 열가소성 수지에 함유된 발포체의 발포 온도를 초과하는 온도로 가열하여 팽창시키는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 발포체의 제조방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 팽창 가능한 열가소성 수지 펠릿 또는 환형 물질이 두께 방향을 따라 서로 겹치지 않게 단일층으로 뿌려짐을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  9. 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 팽창 가능한 열가소성 수지 펠릿 또는 환형 물질이 뿌려져서, 팽창 가능한 열가소성 수지 펠릿 또는 환형 물질의 하향 투영 면적이 팽창 가능한 열가소성 수지 펠릿 또는 환형 물질이 설포된 영역의 외부 가장자리로 둘러싸인 부분의 하향 투영 면적의 10∼75%를 차지함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  10. 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 제8항에 있어서, 팽창 가능한 열가소성 수지 펠릿 또는 환형 물질의 융해 점도가 190℃에서 5000∼20000포이즈(poise)임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  11. 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 팽창 가능한 열가소성 수지에서 수지 겔비율 10∼30중량%임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  12. 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 상기 팽창 열가소성 수지가 서로 조회될 수 없는 두 가지 형태의 비교차 결합된 열가소성 수지를 함유하며, 3 내지 7대 7 내지 3의 중량비의 범위로 두 형태의 비교차 결합된 열가소성 수지를 혼합함으로써 제조되는; 열가소성 수지 합성물의 100중량부 상기 비교차 결합된 열가소성 수지중의 하나와 동일한 형태의 열가소성 수지를 사용한 실란 변성 열가소성 수지 1∼50중량부; 실란 교차 결합 촉매; 및 발포제를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  13. 팽창 가능한 열가소성 수지 펠릿 또는 환형 물질을 강화 섬유 및 열가소성 수지로 이루어진 합성 시트상에 뿌리는 단계; 뿌려진 팽창 가능한 열가소성 수지 펠릿 또는 환형 물질 상에 강화 섬유 및 열가소성 수지로 이루어진 제2의 합성 시트를 적층하여 적층판을 얻는 단계; 및 발포체의 발포 온도를 초과하는 온도로 상기 적층판을 가열하여, 상기 적층판이 융합되도록 팽창 가능한 열가소성 수지 펠릿 또는 환형 물질을 팽창시키는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 발포제의 제조방법.
