Abstract

내연기관의 실린더 헤드는 공동의 플랜지면에 차례로 놓인 적어도 두 개의 하우징 구조부로 이루어진다. 상기 플랜지면 내에 리세스가 예를 들어 주조될 수 있는 각 플랜지면으로 연장된다. 두 개의 플랜지 표면은 플랜지면 내에 삽입된 개스킷으로 서로 분리되어 실린더 헤드의 오일 공급을 위해 필요한 적어도 두 개의 분리된 통로의 단면을 형성한다.

Claims (7)

  1. 공동 플랜지면(19)으로 이루어지며, 그 속에 적어도 오일 공급 통로(42, 54, 59)가 형성된 적어도 두 개의 구조부(2,3,4)를 구비한 내연기관의 실린더 헤드에 있어서, 공동 플랜지면에서 삽입된 개스킷(20)으로 서로 분리된 적어도 두 개의 분리 통로(42, 54, 59)로 이루어지며, 제1통로(42)는 개스킷(20)과 제1하우징 구조부(3)사이에 형성되고 제2통로(54,59)는 개스킷과 제2하우징 구조부(2) 사이에 놓이는 실린더 헤드.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,개스킷(20)내에 구멍(27, 34, 36, 40)이 형성되며, 이를 통해 단면(33, 35, 37, 39, 41)이 적어도 통로(42) 중 하나에 연결되는 실린더 헤드.
  3. 상기 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하우징 구조부의 하나가 주하우징이며, 가스교환 통로(7)와 밸브 가이드(6)를 형성하고 실린더 블록 상에 놓이는 실린더 헤드.
  4. 상기 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 통로(42, 54, 59)가 적어도 부분적으로 리세스(26, 33, 35, 37, 39, 41, 47, 56)를 통해 각 하우징 구조부의 플랜지 표면에 형성되는 실린더 헤드.
  5. 상기 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 실린더 헤드에서 적어도 두 개의 사용자(45a 내지 45d)가 통로(42, 54, 59)로 독립하여 서로 오일을 공급하는 실린더 헤드.
  6. 상기 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적어도 통로(42, 54)의 하나가 조절 밸브(30, 50)와 연결되며, 이를 통해 적어도 조절 가능한 사용자(45a, 45b)가 실린더 헤드 내부에 공급되는 실린더 헤드.
  7. 상기 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 조절 가능한 사용자가 밸브 상승 변화에 대한 유압 조절 부재인 실린더 헤드
