Abstract
본 발명의 폴리페닐렌에테르계 열가소성 수지 조성물은 (A) 폴리페닐렌에테르 수지 또는 비닐 방향족 중합체와 폴리페닐렌에테르 수지와의 혼합물 5 내지 95중량부; (B) 비닐 방향족 중합체 1 내지 50중량부; (C) 상기 구성 성분(B) 100중량부에 대하여 유기 과산화물 0.001 내지 2중량부; (D) 상기 구성성부 (B) 100중량부에 대하여 불포화 카르복실산 또는 그 무수물기를 갖는 반응성 단량체 0.01 내지 30중량부; (E) 폴리아미드 수지 5 내지 95중량부; 및 (F) 스티렌계 충격보강재 0 내지 40중량부로 이루어지는 것으로서, 3영역 이상으로 나누어진 압출기를 사용하여 제1영역에서 상기 성분 (A)와 (F)를 투입시키고, 제2영역에서 상기 성분 (B), (C) 및 (D)를 투입시키고, 그리고 제3영역에서 상기 성분 (E)를 투입시켜 제조되는 것을 특징으로 한다.The polyphenylene ether thermoplastic resin composition of the present invention comprises (A) 5 to 95 parts by weight of a polyphenylene ether resin or a mixture of a vinyl aromatic polymer and a polyphenylene ether resin; (B) 1 to 50 parts by weight of a vinyl aromatic polymer; (C) 0.001 to 2 parts by weight of an organic peroxide per 100 parts by weight of the component (B); (D) 0.01 to 30 parts by weight of a reactive monomer having an unsaturated carboxylic acid or its anhydride group per 100 parts by weight of the constituent part (B); (E) 5 to 95 parts by weight of a polyamide resin; And (F) 0 to 40 parts by weight of a styrene-based impact stiffener, wherein the components (A) and (F) are introduced into the first region using an extruder divided into three or more regions, (B), (C) and (D) are introduced, and the component (E) is introduced in the third region.
