Abstract

폴리(비닐 알콜)을 반응 매질에서 불용성인 시트형 지지체에 화학적으로 결합된 산 그룹을 포함하는 촉매의 존재하에 알데히드 또는 케톤과 반응시켜 폴리(비닐 아세탈) 및 폴리(비틸 케탈)을 제조하는 방법이다.

폴리(비닐 아세탈) 및 폴리(비닐 케탈)의 제조방법

제1도는 발명의 폴리(비닐 아세날) 및 폴리(비닐 케탈)을 제조하기 위한 반응 흐름도를 도시한 것이다.

Claims (10)

  1. 폴리(비닐 알콜)을 반응 매질에서 불용성인 시트형 지지체에 화학적으로 결합된 산 그룹을 포함하는 촉매의 존재하에 알데히드 또는 케톤과 반응시켜 폴리(비닐 아세탈) 및 폴리(비틸 케탈)을 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 사용하는 시트형 지지체가 중합체필름인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 산 그룹이 결합된, 사용하는 지지체가 양이온 교환 막인 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 사용하는 지지체가 제올라이트, 벤토나이트 및 유리로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 무기재료의 시트인 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 설폰산, 포스포산 및 카복실산으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 산 그룹을 포함하는 지지체가 사용되는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 사용하는 알데히드가 n-부티르알데히드인 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 가수분해도가 60 내지 100mol%이고, 중합도가 150 내지 5000인 폴리(비닐 알콜)이 사용되는 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리(비닐 아세탈) 또는 폴리(비닐 케탈)이 연속적으로 제조되는 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리(비닐 알콜) 및 알데히드 또는 케톤이 예비 반응기로 연속 계량 부가되고, 산 그룹을 포함하는 지지체의 존재하에 일부 반응되며, 주 반응기로 이동되고, 산 그룹을 포함하는 지지체의 존재하에 계속 반응되는 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 예비 반응기에서의 반응이 1 내지 70℃의 온도와 10 내지 120분의 평균체류시간에 수행되고 주 반응기에서의 반응이 1 내지80℃의 온도와 60 내지 300분의 평균체류시간에서 수행되는 방법.
