Abstract

본 발명은 차량용 전자식 주차브레이크장치 및 제어방법에 관한 것으로 차량의 실내의 일정부위에 연결되어 주차브레이크스위치(30)는 전원을 공급시킴과 동시에 브레이크가 자동으로 동작되도록 하며, 차량의 저면부 바퀴의 내측 일정부위에 설치된 경사각센서(10)는 차량이 노면에 의해 기울어짐을 감지하며, 상기 경사각센서(10)의 감지신호를 입력받아 제어하는 브레이크제어장치(20)는 동력전달축의 일정부위에 연결되어 브레이크의 힘의 량이 조절하여 경사진 노면에서 센서의 감지 신호를 입력받아 브레이크제어장치를 자동으로 동작시키게 하므로 운전자에게 안전과 편리성을 가져다 주는 장치 및 제어방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 차량의 실내의 일정부위에 연결되어 전원을 공급시키는 주차 브레이크스위치(30)와, 상기 주차브레이크스위치(30)의 전원인가로 차량이 노면에 의해 기울어짐을 감지하는 경사각센서(10)와, 상기 경사각센서(10)의 감지신호를 입력받아 제어하는 브레이크제어장치920)와, 상기 브레이크제어장치(20)의 신호로 유압기를 구동시키는 브레이크 유압제어장치(21)로 연결함을 특징으로 하는 차량용 전자식 주차브레이크장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 주차브레이크제어장치(20)는 차량바퀴의 움직임을 감지하도록 구동센서(11)를 연결함을 특징으로 하는 차량용 전자식 주차브레이크장치.
  3. 주차브레이크스위치(30)의 조작으로 경사각센서(10)가 감지한 신호를 구동조건에 맞도록 데이타를 변환시킨 뒤 차량 구동센서(11)의 작동으로 브레이크제어장치(20)가 구동되는 제어방법과, 경사각센서(10)의 불능조건으로 강제 브레이크장치(20)를 구동시키고 구동센서(11)를 작동시키는 제어방법을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 강제 브레이크 제어방법.
