Abstract

본 발명은 도료용 공중합 폴리에스테르 수지에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 3관능성 산과 지방족 또는 지환족 디카르복실산 등의 산성분 및 다가 알콜 성분이 함유된 공중합 폴리에스테르 수지에 있어서 다가 알콜 성분으로서 비스테놀 S의 알킬렌 옥사이드기부가물을 새로이 함유시킴으로써 프레스 가공성과 저온 경화성, 강판과의 밀착성, 내식성 및 내화학성이 우수하여 도장강판이나 선박용 중방식 도료 또는 바안더 수지등에 매우 유용한 공중합 폴리에스테르 수지에 관한 것이다.

Claims (3)

1,4 - 시클로헥산디카르복실산 또는 그의 에스테르 유도체, 그리고 트리말레인산 또는 무수트리말레인산 중에서 선택된 산성분과 다가 알콜 성분을 공중합시켜 제조된 공중합 폴리에스테르 수지에 있어서, 상기 다가 알콜 성분중에는 다음 구조식(Ⅰ)로 표시되는 비스페놀 S의 알킬렌 옥사이드기 부가물 5∼40몰%, 그리고 1,6 - 헥산디올이 3∼15몰%가 함유되어 있으며 수평균 분자량이 7,000∼20,000인 것을 특징으로 하는 도료용 공중합 폴리에스테르 수지.
상기 식에서, R은 탄소원자수가 2 또는 3인 알킬렌기이고, m과 n은 서로 같거나 다른 것으로서 1 내지 5의 정수이다.
제1항에 있어서, 상기 산성분 중에는 1,4 - 시클로헥산디카르복실간 3∼35몰%가 함유되어 있고, 트리말렌인산 또는 무수트리말레인산 0.015∼0.04몰%가 함유되어 있는 것임을 특징으로 하는 도료용 공중합 폴리에스테르 수지.
제1항에 있어서, 상기 공중합 폴리에스테르 수지는 산가가 5∼10KOH ㎎/g이고, 수산가가 5∼15KOH ㎎/g인 것임을 특징으로 하는 도료용 공중합 폴리에스테르 수지.
