Abstract

본 발명은 비스페놀 F형 에폭시 수지(A) 및 비스페놀 F형 에폭시 수지와 같은 수지 골격을 갖는 페녹시 수지(B)의 혼합물을 카르복실 기 함유 아크릴 수지(C)로 변성시킨 아크릴 변성 에폭시 수지(D)를 암모니아 또는 아민을 이용하여 수성 분산화시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 피복 조성물에 관한 것이다.
본 조성물의 효과는 고 가공성 및 내식성이 요구되는 금속 캔 내면에 적용되며, 또한 도장 작업성이 극히 양호하다.

Claims (7)

  1. 비스테놀 F형 에폭시 수지(A) 및 비스페놀 F형 에폭시 수지와 같은 수지 골격을 갖는 페녹시 수지(B)의 혼합물로 카르복실기 함유 아크릴 수지(C)로 변성시킨 아크릴 변성 에폭시 수지(D)를 암모니아 또는 아민을 이용하여 수성 분산화시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 피복 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 에폭시 수지(A)의 에폭시 당량이 2,500 내지 100,000 범위내인 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 피복 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 페녹시 수지(B)의 수평균 분자량이 7,000 내지 50,000 범위내인 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 피복 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 에폭시 수지(A)의 페녹시 수지(B)와의 배합 비율이 (A)/(B)의 고형분 중량비로 80/20 내지 20/80 범위내인 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 피복 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 카르복실기 함유 아크릴 수지(C)의 수지 산가가 150 내지 500 범위내인 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 피복 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 에폭시 수지(A), 페녹시 수지(B) 및 아크릴 수지(C)의 배합 비율이 (A) 및 (B)의 고형분 합계량과 (C)의 고형분 중량비로 90/10 내지 50/50 범위내인 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 피복 조성물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 아크릴 변성 에폭시 수지(D)는 수평균 분자량이 6,000 내지 40,000이고, 산가가 15 내지 60 범위내인 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 피복 조성물.
