Abstract
3급 또는 4급 탄소원자를 하나 이상 포함하는 지방족 에폭사이드 또는 아민 단위를 20%(질량비) 이상 포함하는 에폭사이드-아민 부가 생성물은 모노에폭사이드와 모노아민 또는 디아민의 반응에 의해서, 또는 디에폭사이드와 모노아민의 반응에 의해서 제조된다. 에폭사이드-아민 부가 생성물은, 경우에 따라, 다른 하이드록시 작용성 결합제와의 혼합물 속에서 환경에 비교적 친화적인 도료용 결합제로서, 그리고 상응하는 접착제 조성물 및 밀봉 화합물에서의 반응성 성분으로서 사용된다.

Claims (19)
- 하나 이상의 3급 또는 4급 탄소원자를 포함하는 지방족 에폭사이드 및/또는 아민 단위를 20%(질량비) 이상 포함하는 에폭사이드-아민 부가 생성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 탄소수 7 내지 33의 지방족 모노에폭사이드 및/또는 지환족 모노에폭사이드(a)(여기서, 모노에폭사이드 20%(질량비) 이상은 하나 이상의 3급 또는 4급 탄소원자를 포함하는 지방족 모노에폭사이드 및 지환족 모노에폭사이드로부터 선택된다)와 방향족 구조에 직접 결합되어 있지 않은 1급 또는 2급 아미노 그룹을 2개 이상 포함하는 탄소수 2 내지 30의 아민(b)를 반응시켜 제조할 수 있는 에폭사이드-아민 부가 생성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 탄소수 8 내지 50의 지방족 디에폭사이드 및/또는 지환족 디에폭사이드(a)와 아미노 그룹이 방향족 구조에 직접 결합되어 있지 않은 탄소수 4 내지 30의 1급 또는 2급 모노아민(b)(여기서, 모노아민의 20%(질량비) 이상은 하나 이상의 3급 또는 4급 탄소원자를 포함하는 모노아민으로부터 선택된다)를 반응시켜 제조할 수 있는 에폭사이드-아민 부가 생성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 탄소수 7 내지 33의 지방족 모노에폭사이드 및/또는 지환족 모노에폭사이드(a)와 탄소수 4 내지 30의 아미노 그룹이 방향족 구조에 직접 결합되어 있지 않은 1급 및 2급 모노아민으로부터 선택되는 모노아민(b)(여기서, 모노아민의 a%(질량비) 이상은 하나 이상의 3급 또는 4급 탄소원자를 포함하는 모노아민으로부터 선택된고, 모노에폭사이드의 b%(질량비) 이상은 하나 이상의 3급 또는 4급 탄소원자를 포함하는 지방족 모노에폭사이드 및 지환족 모노에폭사이드로부터 선택되며, a 및 b는 각각 0보다 크고, a+b는 20 이상이다)를 반응시켜 제조할 수 있는 에폭사이드-아민 부가 생성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 모노에폭사이드가 탄소수 8 내지 21의 α-알킬알칸모노카복실산의 글리시딜 에스테르 및 탄소수 8 내지 21의 α,α-디알킬알칸모노카복실산의 글리시딜 에스테르로부터 선택되는 에폭사이드-아민 부가 생성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 디에폭사이드가 탄소수 8 내지 18의 2가 지방족 알콜의 디글리시딜 에테르 및 탄소수 12 내지 42의 2염기성 지방족 카복실산의 디글리시딜 에스테르로부터 선택되는 에폭사이드-아민 부가 생성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 모노에폭사이드가 탄소수 8 내지 21의 α-알킬알칸모노카복실산의 글리시딜 에스테르 및 탄소수 8 내지 21의 α,α-디알킬알칸모노카복실산의 글리시딜 에스테르로부터 선택되는 에폭사이드-아민 부가 생성물.
- 제2항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 작용성이 작용성 하이드록실 그룹과 아미노 그룹의 부분 반응 또는 완전 반응에 의해서 감소되는 에폭사이드-아민 부가 생성물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 작용성 그룹이 반응에 의해서 차단되어 일시적인 보호 그룹을 형성하는 에폭사이드-아민 부가 생성물.
- 제9항에 있어서, 일시적인 보호 그룹이 옥사졸리딘 화합물인 에폭사이드-아민 부가 생성물.
- 제1항에 따르는 에폭사이드-아민 부가 생성물을 하나 이상 포함하는 도료용 결합제.
- 하이드록실 함유 공중합체 (a) 0.1 내지 99.9%(질량비)와 제1항에 따르는 에폭사이드-아민 부가 생성물 (b) 99.9 내지 0.1%(질량비)를 포함하는 혼합물.
- 제12항에 있어서, 하이드록실 함유 공중합체가 아크릴레이트 공중합체, 폴리에스테르 및 폴리에스테르 개질 아크릴레이트 공중합체로부터 선택되는 혼합물.
- 제12항에 있어서, 하이드록실 함유 공중합체가, 하나 이상의 비닐 단량체가 하나 이상의 하이드록실 그룹을 포함하는 2개 이상의 비닐 단량체의 공중합으로 수득가능한 공중합체(aa), 하나 이상의 비닐 단량체가 하나 이상의 산 그룹을 포함하며 중합 전, 중합 도중 또는 중합 후에 산 그룹과 반응하여 하나 이상의 하이드록실 그룹을 형성시키면서 에스테르를 형성하는 하나 이상의 화합물과 반응하는 2개 이상의 비닐 단량체의 공중합으로 수득할 수 있는 공중합체(ab) 및 하나 이상의 비닐 단량체가 하나 이상의 하이드록실 그룹을 포함하며 중합 전, 중합 도중 또는 중합 후에 하이드록실 그룹과 부분적으로 또는 완전히 반응하여 하나 이상의 하이드록실 그룹을 형성시키면서 에스테르를 형성하는 하나 이상의 화합물과 반응하는 2개 이상의 비닐 단량체의 공중합으로 수득할 수 있는 공중합체(ac)로부터 선택되는 혼합물.
- 제12항에 있어서, 각각의 하이드록실가가 10 내지 250mg/g이고 당해 공중합체의 하나 이상의 중량평균분자량이 3500g/mol을 초과하고 당해 공중합체의 하나 이상의 중량평균분자량이 3500g/mol 미만인 하이드록실 함유 공중합체의 혼합물이 사용되는 혼합물.
- 제12항에 따르는 혼합물을 포함하는 도료용 결합제.
- 제15항에 따르는 혼합물을 포함하는 도료용 결합제.
- 제11항, 제16항 및 제17항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 하나 이상의 결합제와 아미노 수지, 말단화되고 말단화되지 않은 다작용성 이소시아네이트 및 산 및/또는 산 무수물 그룹을 함유하는 유기 화합물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 경화제를 포함하는 도료 조성물.
- 2성분 접착제 또는 밀봉 화합물 시스템에서의 제1항에 따르는 에폭사이드-아민 부가 생성물의 용도※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
