Claims (8)

  1. 분자내에 1개의 탄소원자를 함유하는 하이드로플루오로카본류와 불소 가스를 희석 가스의 존재하에 승온에서 기상 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는, 테트라플루오로메탄의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 희석 가스가 테트라플루오로메탄, 헥사플루오로에탄, 옥타플루오로프로판 및 불화수소로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 화합물을 하나 이상 함유하는 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 희석 가스가, 불화수소를 이의 풍부한 성분으로 하는 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 반응이 200내지 550℃의 온도에서 수행되는 제조방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 분자내에 1개의 탄소원자를 함유하는 하이드로플루오로카본류의 반응기 입구 농도가 8몰%이하인 제조방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 분자내에 1개의 탄소원자를 함유하는 하이드로플루오로카본류가 플루오로메탄, 디플루오로메탄 및 트리플루오로메탄으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 화합물을 하나 이상 함유하는 제조방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 분자내에 1개의 탄소원자를 함유하는 하이드로플루오로카본류가 디플루오로메탄 및/ 또는 트리플루오로메탄인 제조방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 반응이 0내지 3MPa의 압력에서 수행되는 제조방법.
