Abstract

재질이 서로 다른 두개의 절연체로 하나의 금속선을 각각 일정 길이만큼 피복함으로써 수명이 연장된 반도체소자 제조 장치의 열전대가 재시되었다. 본 발명은 한쪽 단부가 서로 연결된 연결 부위를 갖는 제1금속선 및 제2금속선을 구비한 반도체 소자 제조 장치의 열전대에 있어서, 상기 제2금속선은 상기 연결 부위로부터 일정 길이만큼씩 각각 제1절연체로 피복되고, 상기 제2절연체는 상기 제1절연체보다 취성이 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 소자 제조 장치의 열전대를 제공한다. 본 발명에 의하면 고가인 열전대의 수명을 연장시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 생산성도 향상시킬 수 있다.

Claims (4)

  1. 한쪽 단부가 서로 연결된 연결 부위를 갖는 제1금속선 및 제2금속선을 구비한 반도체 소자 제조 장치의 열전대에 있어서, 상기 제2금속선은 상기 연결 부위로부터 일정 길이만큼씩 각각 제1절연체 및 제2절연체로 피복되고, 상기 제2절연체는 사이 제1절연체보다 취성이 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 소자 제조 장치의 열전대.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1절연체는 석영으로 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 소자 제조장치의 열전대.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2절연대는 세라믹으로 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 소자 제조장치의 열전대.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1절연체의 길이는 상기 제2절연체의 길이보다 짧은 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 소자 제조장치의 열전대.
