Abstract
용기(12)에서 증류주(14)로부터 이산화탄소를 제거하는 방법은, 증류수(14)의 일부를 측부스트럼으로 연속 통과시키고, 직경이 0.005mm 내지 1.0mm인 질소 다량 함유 기체의 작은 기포를 증류수에 도입시킨 후, 이를 용기(12)로 되돌려보내어 여기서 질소가 증류수로부터 이산화탄소를 흡착한 후 질소가 증류수로부터 배기 가스로서 분출되도록 하는 단계를 포함한다.

제3도는 바이오리엑터 태양의 개략도이고 제1도 또는 제2도에 나타나지 않은 주변 장치들을 포함한다.
제4도는 본 발명을 PSA 공기 분리 장치와 연결시킬 경우를 예시한다.
Claims (14)
- 증류수의 일부를 측부스트림으로 연속적으로 통과시키고 질소 다량 함유 기체를 직경이 0.005mm 내지 1.0mm인 개별적으로 불연속 기포를 생성시키는 방식으로 측부스트림에 도입시키고 상기 증류수의 일부를 용기로 연속적으로 되돌려 여기서 질소가 이산화탄소를 증류주로부터 흡착하게 한 후 질소를 배기 가스로서 증류수로부터 분출시키는, 원치 않는 기체를 용기내에 증류주로부터 제거시킴으로써 증류주를 처리하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 용해시킬 기체를 직경이 0.005mm 내지 1.0mm인 개별적인 불연속 기포를 생성시키는 방식으로 축부스트림에 도입시키고 증류주가 용기로 되돌아갈때 상기 기체가 증류주에 용해되도록 하는 기체를, 증류주에 용해시키는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 원치않은 기체가 이산화탄소인 방법.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 증류주에 용해시킬 기체가 산소 다량 함유 가체인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 질소 다량 함유 기체가 천연 공기를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 질소 다량 함유 기체가 실질적으로 순수한 질소를 포함하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 산소 다량 함유 기체가 실질적으로 순수한 산소를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 증류주의 ph를 모니터링하고 이에 따라 N2공급 속도를 조절하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 증류주에 용해된 산소 농도를 모니터링하고 이에 따라 산소 공급 속도를 조절하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 증류주를 원하는 작동 온도 이내로 유지하기 위해 증류수를 바이오리렉터(bio-reactor)내에서 가열시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 가열 단계를, 서로 인접하여 작동되는 다수의 바이오리렉터의 공급량을 조절시킴으로써 수행하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 가열 단계를, 기타 공정으로부터 나옹 저급 폐열을 사용함으로써 수행하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 측부스트림이 목(throat)을 갖는 벤투리(venturi)를 포함하고, 질소 다량 함유 기체를 그의 목 또는 상부스트림에서의 측부스트림으로 주입시키는 방법.
- 제4항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 측부스트림이 목을 갖는 벤투리를 포함하고, O2다량 함유 기체를 그의 목 또는 상부스트림에서의 측부스트림으로 주입시키는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
