Abstract

본 발명은 석고보드와 같은 경량의 내열성 판재 표면에 내충격성 폴리스틸렌 수지가 일부 침투된 내충격성 폴리스틸렌 수지 도막층을 형성시키고 그 위에 무늬가 인쇄된 폴리스틸렌 필름을 열압착시켜서 되는 경량 내열판재의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서 이와 같이 제조된 판재는 방수, 방음, 보온효과가 우수하고 다양한 무늬와 색상을 갖는 외관을 갖출 수 있어 종래 석고보드를 사용할 수 없었던 욕실, 화장실, 지하실과 같은 습기에 노출되는 장소에서도 사용가능한 경량의 내외장재라는 효과가 있다.

Claims (2)

  1. 내열판재의 제조방법에 있어서, 내열성 판재 일면에 내충격성 폴리스틸렌 수지 도막층을 형성시키고 그 위에 무늬가 인쇄된 난연성 폴리스틸렌 필름을 약 220℃정도로 가열시킨 고무로울러로 약 60㎏/㎠의 압력을 가하여 열압착시키서 되는 내열판재의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 내열판재가 석고보드, 시멘트석면 스레이트 또는 시멘트 유리섬유 스레이트인 내열성 판재의 제조방법.
