Abstract

본 발명은 테스트 보드의 에러를 체크하기 위한 체크기에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 테스터,케이블 및 어댑터의 이상유무를 점검할 수 있도록 회로소자를 이용하여 회로 보드를 제작함으로써 각각의 성능을 테스트 하기 위한 옵션보드에 적합하도록 프로그램을 개발하여 테스터 설비를 자동적으로 점검 하기 위한 테스트 어댑터 보드 체크기에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 반도체 칩의 특성을 검사하기 위한 테스트 장치에 있어서, 상기 테스트 보드를 체크하기 위한 릴레이 콘트롤 단자와, 매트릭스 핀 점검단자와, 오디오 전원 단자, 오디오 미터 및 타이머를 점검하기 위한 단자와, 직류전원을 점검하기 위한 단자를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 테스트 어댑터 보드 체크기를 제공하다. 따라서, 상기 전술한 바에 의하면, 테스트 설비에 에러가 발생하였는지의 유무를 체크할 수 있으므로 반도체 칩의 특성을 점검하는데 있어서 정확도를 기할 수 있는 장점이 있고, 불량률을 줄임으로써 생산성이 향상되는 이점(利點)이 있다.

  1. 반도체 칩의 특성을 검사하기 위한 테스트 장치에 있어서, 상기 테스트 보드를 체크하기 위한 릴레이 콘트롤 단자와, 매트릭스 핀 점검단자와, 오디오 전원 단자, 및 오디오 미터 및 타이머를 점검하기 위한 단자와, 직류전원을 점검하기 위한 단자를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 테스트 어댑터 보드 체크기.
