Abstract

본 발명은 차륜에 편차적으로 작용하는 하중에 의한 차륜의 편제동 방지와 이에 의한 차량의 제동안정성 확보의 극대화를 피할 수 있도록 한자동차 제동장치의 브레이크액압조절장치를 제공하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위하여 본 발명은 브레이크페달에 가해지는 답력에 의해 유압이 발생되는 매스터실린더와, 이 매스터실린더로부터의 유압력에 의해 브레이크슈, 또는 캘리퍼가 드럼, 또는 디스크에 밀착되도록 하는 휠실런더를 구비하여 이루어지는 제동장치의 상기 휠실린더로 통하는 오일라인에 설치되어 양쪽 차륜에 작용되는 편차적인 하중에 의한 자동차의 편제동을 방지하는 브레이크액압조절장치에 있어서, 액슬 하우징의 중앙부분을 중심으로 한 양쪽 부분에 장착되어 양쪽 차륜의 위상 정도에 따라 기울어지는 액슬하우징의 포지션을 감지하는 한쌍의 포지션센서와; 상기 한 쌍의 포지션센서가 전기적으로 연결되는 콘트롤러와; 상기 콘트롤러에 전기적으로 연결되어 콘트롤러로부터 출력되는 시그널신호에 의해 작동하는 밸브제어수단과; 이 밸브제어수단에 의해 제어작동되어 휠실린더로 유통되는 브레이크액을 제어하는 액압조절밸브로 구성한 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 브레이크페달(2)에 가해지는 답력에 의해 유압이 발생되는 매스터실린더(4)와, 이 매스터실린더(4)로부터의 유압력에 의해 브레이크슈(6), 또는 캘리퍼(8)가 드럼(10), 또는 디스크(12)에 밀착되도록 하는 휠실린더(18)를 구비하여 이루어지는 제동장치의 상기 휠실린더(18)로 통하는 오일라인(16)에 설치되어 양쪽 차륜에 작용되는 편차적인 하중에 의한 자동차의 편제동을 방지하는 브레이크액압조절장치에 있어서, 액슬 하우징(20)의 중앙부분을 중심으로 한 양쪽 부분에 장착되어 양쪽 차륜의 위상 정도에 따라 기울어지는 액슬하우징(20)의 포지션을 감지하는 한 쌍의 포지션센서(40)(42)와; 상기 한쌍의 포지션센서(40)(42)가 전기적으로 연결되는 콘트롤러(44)와; 상기 콘트롤러(44)에 전기적으로 연결되어 콘트롤러(44)로부터 출력되는 시그널신호에 의해 작동하는 밸브제어수단(46)과; 이 밸브제어수단(46)에 의해 제어작동되어 휠실린더(18)로 유통되는 브레이크액을 제어하는 액압조절밸브(30)로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 자동차 제동장치의 액압조절장치.
