Abstract

본 발명은 CDP(Compact Disk Player), LDP(Laser Disk Player)등의 파인 패턴 코일을 구비한 광픽업대물렌즈 구동장치를 개시한다.
구동부 본체의 수평 수직운동을 단성 바이어스하게 지지하는 수단으로 판형 탄성지지부재를 구비시킴으로써 와이어와 같이 단면이 원형인 지지부재를 사용했을 때 발생하기 쉬운 로울링현상을 제거하여 보다 안정적인 초점조절 및 트래킹조절을 가능케한다.

제2도는 본 발명에 따른 판형 지지 부재를 사용한 광픽업용 대물렌즈 구동장치의 전체 사시도.

Claims (7)

  1. 대물렌즈를 탑재하는 구동부 본체와, 상기 구동부 본체에 부착되며 트래킹 코일과 포커싱 코일이 동일 평면상에 형성된 파인 패턴 코일을 포함하는 전자기회로와, 상기 구동부 본체가 소정의 지지수단에 의해서 지지되는 홀더를 포함하여 된 대물렌즈 구동장치에 있어서, 상기 지지수단은 일단이 상기 홀더에 소정의 결합수단에 의해 결합되고 타단이 상기 구동부 본체에 고정되며 수평/수직방향으로 탄성변형이 가능한 판스프링부재로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 광픽업용 대물렌즈 구동장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 결합수단은, 상기 홀더의 상하부 수평면상에 상기 각 판스프링 부재의 일측 수평면이 접착되어 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광픽업용 대물렌즈 구동장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 결합수단은, 상기 홀더에 수직방향으로 돌출된 돌출부가 형성되고, 상기 각 판스프링 부재에 상기 돌출부가 결합되는 결합홀이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 광픽업용 대물렌즈 구동장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 결합수단은, 상기 홀더에 수평방향으로 돌출된 돌출부가 형성되고, 상기 각 판스프링 부재의 가장자리에 상기 각 돌출부가 끼워 맞춰지는 홈이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 광픽업용 대물렌즈 구동장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 결합수단은, 상기 홀더에 상기 판형 탄성부재가 삽입되는 삽입홀이 형성되고 그 홈과 탄성부재간의 유격에는 댐핑부재가 충전되어 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광픽업용 대물렌즈 구동장치.
  6. 제2항 내지 제5항에 있어서, 상기 각 판형 탄성부재의 측면에 진동을 억제하는 댐핑부재가 부착되어 된 것을 특징으로 하는 광픽업용 대물렌즈 구동장치.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 댐핑부재는 접착테이프인 것을 특징으로 하는 광픽업용 대물렌즈 구동장치.
