정방사율값(En)이 0.06이하이며 좋은 내구성과 중성액이 가능한 특히 단열유리(IG)유닛으로 유용한 유리기판상의 스퍼터코팅된 층 시스템임.
층시스템은 두층의 Si3N4가 은의층을 끼우며 충분한 양의 스테인리스강과 결합되어 특출한 저-E, 중성색, 비거울유사광(빛) 관리특성을 달성한다.

Claims (34)

  1. 유리로부터 외측방향으로 다음 층 시스템을 그 유리평판면상에 가지는 유리기판으로 구성되는 스퍼터 코팅 유리제품. a) Si3N4와 스테인리스강으로 구성된 층, 여기에서 상기 스테인리스강은 상기 층의 약 0.5~15중량%의 양으로 됨. b) 니켈 또는 니크롬 층. c) 은(Ag)층. d) 니켈 또는 니크롬 층 : 및, e) Si3N4와 스테인리스강으로 된 층. 여기에서 상기 스테인리스강은 상기 층의 약 0.5~1.5중량%의 양이며 여기에서 상기 유리기판은 약 2mm~6mm의 두께를 가지며, 상기 코팅된 유리판은 약 0.06이하의 정방사율(En)을 가지고, 약 0.07이하의 반구형 방사율(Eh), 약 5.0옴/sg이하의 시이트저항(Rs)이며 유리측에서 관측하였을 때, 거의 중성의 가시성 반사색을 가진다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 코팅된 유리기판을 적어도 약 70%의 가시성 투과율을 가지는 스퍼터 코팅 유리제품.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유리제품은 가열처리 가능한 것인 스퍼터 코팅 유리제품.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 층 시스템은 TiO2로 된 하부코팅층을 추가로 가지며 그 층은 대략 다음 두께를 가지는 스퍼터 코팅 유리제품.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 유리판은 약 0.05이하의 정방사율(En)을 가지며 반구형 방사율(Eh)는 약 0.06이하, 시이트 저항(Rs)은 약 5.0옴/sg. 이하 인 스퍼터 코팅 유리제품.

  28. 적어도 두개의 유리시이트를 실질적으로 평행으로 간격을 띄우고 그 주변 끝단을 서로 가열 밀봉하여 그 사이에 실질적으로 공기와 유리된 단열 쳄버를 만들고 여기에서 제10항에 의거하여 적어도 하나의 상기 유리시이트를 스퍼터 코팅된 유리시이트로하여 상기 층 시스템을 상기 단열 쳄버 안에 위치하게 한 단열 유리유닛.
  29. 적어도 두개의 실질적으로 평행하며 간격이 띄워진 유리시이트를 그 주변 끝단을 서로 밀봉하므로서 그 사이에 단열실을 만들고 여기에서 상기 유리시이트의 적어도 하나는 제11항에 따르는 스퍼터 코팅된 유리시이트로 하며 상기 층 시스템을 상기 단열실내에 위치하게 하는 단열 유리유닛.
  30. 적어도 두개의 실질적으로 평행하며 간격이 띄워진 유리시이트를 그 주변 끝단을 서로 밀봉하므로서 그 사이에 단열실을 만들고 여기에서 상기 유리시이트의 적어도 하나는 제18항에 따르는 스퍼터 코팅된 유리시이트로 하며 상기 층 시스템을 상기 단열실내에 위치하게 하는 단열 유리유닛.
  31. 적어도 두개의 실질적으로 평행하며 간격이 띄워진 유리시이트를 그 주변 끝단을 서로 밀봉하므로서 그 사이에 단열실을 만들고 여기에서 상기 유리시이트의 적어도 하나는 제18항에 따르는 스퍼터 코팅된 유리 시이트로 하며 상기 층 시스템을 상기 단열실내에 위치하게 하는 단열 유리유닛.
