Abstract

연속주조기⑴에서 연속주조된 빌레트⑽는 연결라인⑿에 바로 공급되어 진다.
그 비렛트 위에 스케일은 스케일제거장치⑶에 의해 제거된다. 그때 선행하는 빌레트의 뒷끝은 연속빌레트를 생산하기 위하여 이동하는 플래쉬 버트용접기⑷를 사용해서 계속되는 빌레트의 앞끝과 용접된다. 용접부⒂ 위에 버(burr)는 이동하는 버(burr)-제거장치⑸안에 연삭기들(51~53)에 의해 제거된다. 그 연속 빌레트는 유도가열기⑹에서 가열되어지고, 그때 압연기 라인에서 연속적으로 압연되어 진다.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제 1 도는 본 발명을 위한 HDR 연속압연장치의 개략도,
제 2 도는 본 발명을 위한 이동하는 플래쉬 버트용접기의 개략도,
제 3 도는 위에 설명된 플래쉬 버트용접기의 내부조임쇠의 단면에서 부분적인 측면도,
제 4 도는 제 3 도에 설명된 플래쉬 버트용접기의 내부조임쇠의 정면도,
제 6 도는 원형 빌레트를 위한 이동하는 버(burr)제거장치의 개략정면도,
제 7(a) 도는 사각 빌레트를 위한 이동하는 버(burr)-제거장치의 개략측면도, 제 7(b) 도는 사각 빌레트를 위한 이동하는 버(burr)-제거장치의 개략정면도이다.

Claims (8)

  1. 연속압연방법에 있어서, 연속주조기에 의한 빌레트의 주조단계와; 상기 빌레트들이 주조를 통해 얻어진 열을 내재하고 있는 동안 상기 빌레트들을 계속적으로 차례로 연속주조기에서 압연기로 공급하는 단계와; 선행하는 빌레트의 후단부와 연이어 공급되는 빌레트의 전단부를 연결하여 연속빌레트를 생산하기 위하여 이동중 플래쉬 버트 용접을 사용하는 연속빌레트의 성형단계와; 이동중 연삭기를 이용하여 상기 연속빌레트의 용접부상에 플래쉬 버트 용접에 의해 형성된 버(burr)의 제거단계와; 유도가열기를 이용하여 특정온도까지 상기 연속 빌레트를 가열하는 단계와; 압연기 라인을 통해 가열된 연속빌레트를 압연하는 단계와; 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속압연방법.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 플래쉬 버트 용접의 적용전에 수압스케일제거장치를 이용하여 상기 빌레트상의 스케일을 제거하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속압연방법.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서, 플래쉬 버트 용접의 적용전에 기계적인 스케일 제거장치를 이용하여 상기 빌레트상의 스케일을 제거하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속압연방법.
  4. 제 1항에 있어서, 용접부상의 버(burr)를 연속빌레트의 중심축에 대하여 등각을 이룬 간격과 경사각에서 상기 빌레트의 외주를 따라 복수개의 연삭기를 배치하여 제거하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속압연방법.
  5. 제 1항에 있어서, 용접부상의 버(burr)를 연삭기의 변위동안 연속빌레트의 이동방향에 따라 복수개의 연삭기를 배치하여 제거하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속압연방법.
  6. 제 2항에 있어서, 스케일의 제거를 위한 빌레트의 일부는 플래쉬 버트 용접용 전극과 접촉하는 부분으로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속압연방법.
  7. 제 2항에 있어서, 기계적인 스케일 제거장치는 브럿쉬스케일 제거장치인 것을 특징으로 하는 연속압연방법.
  8. 제 4항 또는 제 5항에 있어서, 연삭기는 연삭휘일인 것을 특징으로 하는 연속압연방법.
