Abstract
본 발명은 폴리아미드, 특히 과량의 아미노 말단기를 갖는 폴리아미드 12로 이루어진 외부층, 가교된 폴리에틸렌으로 이루어진 내부층, 및 외부 및 내부층에 적합한 물질로 이루어진 중간층으로 이루어진 높은 가수분해 내성과 파열 강도를 갖는 3개의 층으로 된 유연한 액체 냉각 도관에 관한 것이다.
이와 같은 액체 냉각 도관은 가수분해해 대한 높은 내성과 높은 파열 강도를 가지고 있어, 산업적으로 이용될 수 있으며, 특히 자동차 산업에 이용될 수 있다.

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 액체 냉각 도관의 일부를 나타낸 것이다.
Claims (8)
- 외부층은 폴리아미드, 특히 과량의 아미노 말단기를 갖는 폴리아미드 12로 이루어지고, 내부층은 가교된 폴리에틸렌으로 이루어지고, 및 중간층은 외부 및 내부층에 적합한 물질로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 높은 가수분해 내성과 파열 강도를 갖는 3개의 층으로 된 유연한 액체 냉각 도관.
- 제1항에 있어서, 내부층은 오르가노실란, 특히 메톡시실란으로 그라프트된 HDPE로 이루어진 액체 냉각 도관.
- 제1항에 있어서, 외부층은 아미노기를 과량 갖는 호모폴리아미드 또는 코폴리아미드 또는 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 액체 냉각 도관.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 내부 및 외부층 사이에 중간층이 있고, 중간층은 관능기를 제공하며 근접층에 적합한 폴리에틸렌으로 이루어진 액체 냉각 도관.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 외부층은 과량의 아미노 말단기를 갖는 폴리아미드 12로 이루어지고, 내부층은 오르가노실란 그라프트된 HDPE로 이루어지고, 및 중간층은 말레 무수물로 그라프트된 HDPE로 이루어진 액체 냉각 도관.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 층의 각각의 층두께는 0.05 내지 3mm인 액체 냉각 도관.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 적어도 일부의 영역은 매끄러운 튜브로서 또는 주름진 튜브로서 구성되는 액체 냉각 도관.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 폴리머의 동시압출에 의해 만들어 질 수 있고, 또는 선택적으로 브로우 몰딩 또는 흡인 몰딩에 의해 또는 동시 압출 브로우 몰딩에 의해 주름을 형성할 수 있는 액체 냉각 도관.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
