Abstract

본 발명은 자동차의 측면 충돌시 에이 필라 판넬의 변형을 방지하기 위해 상기 에이필라 판넬을 형성하는 에이 필라 아우터 판넬과에이 필라 인너 판넬이 내부에 고강성의 인펙트바를 횡방향으로 형성함으로서 자동차의 측면부를 보강할 수 있는 자동차용 에이 필라의 보강구조에 관한 것으로, 상단은 에이 필라 아우터 판넬과, 하단은 에이 필라 인너 판넬로 형성되어 내부 공간부를 형성한 에이 필라 판넬부에 있어서, 상기 에이필라 판넬부의 내부 공간부에 차량의 측면 충돌시 에이 필라 판넬부의 변형을 줄이기 위해 고강성의 인펙트바를 횡방향으로 형성함을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 에이 필라의 보강구조를 제공하는 것이다.

  1. 상단은 에이 필라 아우터 판넬과, 하단은 에이 필라 인너 판넬로 형성되으 내부 공간부를 형성한 에이필라 판넬부에 있어서, 상기 에이필라 판넬부의 내부 공간부에 차량의 측면 충돌시 에이 필라 판넬부의 변형을 줄이기 위해 고강성의 인펙트 바를 횡방향으로 형성함을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 에이필라의 보강구조.
