Abstract

본 발명은 도어 패널의 측면 보강 구조에 관한 것으로 특히, 도어 패널의 측면 충돌이 있을 경우 도어 패널의 취약한 강도로 인해 도어 패널 전체가 차 실내로 밀려 들어오는데 따른 신체 상해치를 낮춰주기 위하여 프론트, 리어 도어의 설치 대상 구조물에 해당하는 보디 패널측 센터 필러 패널에 마련된 프론트 도어 패널 걸림턱과, 상기 걸림턱에 작용되는 수직하중에 대한 강성을 높혀 주기 위해 걸림턱의 밑면부에 부착시킨 보강부재와, 상기 걸림턱에 대하여 조우 하는 위치에서 면 접촉되는 프론트 도어측 내면부에 구성된 걸림부재로 구성된 자동차 도어의 측면 보강 구조를 구성한 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 프론트, 리어 도어의 설치 대상 구조물에 해당하는 보디 패널측 센터 필러 패널에 마련된 프론트 도어 패널 걸림턱과, 상기 걸림턱에 작용되는 수직하중에 대한 강성을 높혀 주기 위해 걸림턱의 밑면부에 부착시킨 보강부재와, 상기 걸림턱에 대하여 조우하는 위치에서 면 접촉되는 프론트 도어측 내면부에 구성된 걸림부재로 구성된 것을 특징 으로 하는 자동차 도어의 측면 보강 구조.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 걸림부재는 프론트 패널부에 일체형으로 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 도어의 측면보강 구조.
