Abstract

압연링의 고정이 견고하여 느슨해 지기 어렵고, 착탈하기 쉬운 압연로울을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
샤프트(2)의 외주에 슬리이브(21),(22)를 끼워만들고, 이것을 복수의 스페이서로 끼운다. 한쪽끝 측의 스페이서(25)를 압축변형된 지름이 넓은 스프링(27)으로 누르고, 다른끝측의 스페이서(23)를 축선(0)과 대략 평행한 볼트(29)의 머리부(29a)로 누른다.
볼트(29)는, 샤프트(2)의 나사부(2b)와 체결된 체결너트(28)의 나사구멍(28a)과 체결한다.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명의 실시예에 의한 압연로울의 주요부의 단면도이다. 제4도는 제3도에 표시하는 압연로울의 슬리이브 고정상태의 주요부의 단면도이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 샤프트의 외주면에 압연링이 배설되며, 이 압연링의 양단을 각각 스페이서로 끼워서 이루어진 압연로울에 있어서, 상기한 압연링의 일단측에 한쪽의 상기한 스페이서를 개재하여 압연링을 타단측으로 미는 탄성부재가 설치되며, 상기한 압연링의 타단측에는 다른쪽의 상기한 스페이서를 개재하여 압연링을 일단측으로 누르는 나사부재를 진퇴가능하게 체결하는 경합부재가 상기한 샤프트에 경합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 압연로울.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 나사부재는, 나사의 머리부가 상기한 다른쪽의 스페이서를 누르고, 나사의 축부가 상기한 샤프트와 대략 평행하게 상기한 계지부재와 결합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 압연로울.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기한 탄성부재는 지름이 넓은 스프링인 것을 특징으로 하는 압연로울.
