Abstract

정보 신호가 기록되는 자기 테이프를 카트리지 본체에 수납한 기록 매체 장치이다. 이 기록 매체 장치는 자기 테이프가 수납된 카트리지 본체와 카트리지 본체 외측으로 향해서 배치되고 드라이브 장치에 대한 전기적 접점이 되는 접점 단자와, 카트리지 본체에 배치되어 접점 단자를 개폐하는 셔터 부재를 구비하고 있다. 접점 단자는 카트리지 본체 외주벽에 형성한 개구부를 거쳐서 카트리지 본체 외측으로 향하게 한다. 셔텨 부재는 드라이브 장치로의 비장착 상태에 있을 때 카트리지 본체에 설치한 개구부를 폐색한 위치에 유지되며, 드라이브 장치에 장착되었을 때, 드라이브 장치에 배치된 셔터 개방 조작 기구에 의해서 상기 개구부를 개방하는 위치에 이동 조작되고 접점 단자를 카트리지 본체 외측으로 향하게 되어 있다. 셔터 부재는 항시 접점 단자를 외측으로 향하게 하는 개구부를 폐색하는 방향으로 가압 부재에 의해서 가압되고 있다.
이 기록 매체 장치의 접점 단자는 셔터 부재에 의해서 덮이므로 먼지 등의 부착이 방지되며, 확실한 보호가 도모된다.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 메모리 IC를 카트리지 본체에 수납한 테이프 카트리지의 사시도이다, 제2도는 상기 테이프 카트리지에 있어서, 전면부에 가능하게 장착된 전면 뚜껑을 회전 조작한 상태를 도시한 사시도이다.

Claims (25)

  1. 정보 신호가 기록되는 기록 매체가 수납된 카트리지 본체와, 상기 카트리지 본체 외측을 향하게 배치되어 드라이브 장치에 대한 전기 접점이 되는 접점 단자와, 상기 카트리지 본체에 배치되어 상기 접점 단자를 개폐하는 셔터 부재를 구비하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록 매체 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 접점 단자는 상기 카트리지 본체의 외주벽에 형성한 개구부를 거쳐서 상기 카트리지 본체의 외측을 향하게 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 기록 매체 장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 셔터 부재는 상기 드라이브 장치로의 비장착 상태에 있을 때, 상기 개구부를 폐색한 위치로 유지되고, 상기 드라이브 장치에 장착되었을 때, 상기 드라이브 장치에 배치된 셔터 개방 조작 수단에 의해서 상기 개구부를 개방하는 위치로 이동 조작되어 상기 접점 단자를 상기 카트리지 본체의 외측으로 향하게 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 기록 매체 장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 셔터 부재를 상기 개구부를 폐색하는 방향으로 가압하는 가압 수단도 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 기록 매체 장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 카트리지 본체에 상기 접점 단자에 전기적으로 접속되도록 설치되고, 상기 기록 매체의 식별 정보가 기억되는 기억 소자를 더 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 기록 매체 장치.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 기억 소자가 탑재된 배선 기판도 구비하고, 상기 접점 단자는 상기 배선판에 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 기록 매체 장치.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 기록 매체는 상기 카트리지 본체에 회전 가능하게 수납된 한 쌍의 테이프 릴 사이에 걸쳐 권취된 자기 테이프인 동시에, 상기 배선 기판은 상기 카트리지 본체 내에 형성되어 상기 테이프 릴의 외주부를 에워싼 릴 안내벽과 상기 카트리지 본체의 외주벽에 의해서 구성된 코너부에 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 기록 매체 장치.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 카트리지 본체에 설치되고, 상기 드라이브 장치에 설치된 상기 카트리지 본체의 장착 위치를 위치 결정하는 위치 결정 수단과 서로 걸림으로써 상기 접점 단자와 상기 드라이브 장치에 설치된 접속 수단과의 상대 접속 위치를 위치 결정하는 위치 결정 수단이 또한 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록 매체 장치.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 카트리지 본체에는 상기 드라이브 장치에의 장착에 있어서, 상기 드라이브 장치에 배치된 접속 단자 기구를 상기 접점 단자측으로 회전 조작시키는 회전 조작부가 일체로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록 매체 장치.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 회전 조작부는 상기 카트리지 본체의 배면부에서 저면부로 연속하는 코너부에 원호형부로서 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 기록 매체 장치.
  11. 관통 구멍이 형성된 카트리지 본체와, 각각 상기 카트리지 본체 내에 회전 가능하게 지지됨과 동시에 플랜지부를 지닌 한쌍의 테이프 릴과, 상기 한쌍의 테이프 릴 사이에 권취된 테이프형 기록 매체와, 가압 수단과, 상기 한쌍의 테이프 릴의 상기 플랜지부에 계합하는 방향으로 상기 가압 수단에 의해서 회전 가압됨과 동시에 상기 플랜지부에 서로 계합하여 상기 테이프 릴의 회전을 규제하는 로크 레버와, 드라이브 장치에 설치된 조작 수단이 진입되는 상기 카트리지 본체에 형성된 상기 관통 구멍에 적어도 일부가 향하고, 상기 관통 구멍에 진입하는 상기 조작 수단에 의해서 이동되고 상기 로크 레버를 상기 가압 수단의 가압력에 대항해서 상기 한쌍의 테이프 릴 플랜지부로부터 이간시키는 방향으로 이동되는 릴 로크 해제 부재를 구비한 릴 로크기구와, 상기 카트리지 본체에 내장되고, 상기 테이프형 기록 매체의 식별 정보가 기억되는 기억 소자와, 상기 기억 소자에 전기적으로 접속되고, 상기 드라이브 장치에 대한 전기적 접점이 접점 단자와, 상기 릴 로크 기구의 상기 릴 로크 해제 부재에 연동해서 이동되어 상기 접점 단자를 개폐하는 셔터 부재를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 기록 매체 장치.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 셔터 부재는 상기 카트리지 본체가 상기 드라이브 장치로의 비장착 상태에 있을 때, 상기 접점 단자를 덮는 위치에 유지되고, 상기 드라이브 장치에 장착되었을 때, 상기 카트리지 본체에 설치된 상기 관통 구멍에 진입하는 상기 드라이브 장치에 비치된 조작 수단에 의해서 이동되는 상기 릴 로크 해제 부재의 이동에 연동해서, 상기 접점 단자를 개방하는 위치로 이동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록 매체 장치.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 셔터 부재를 상기 접점 단자를 덮는 방향으로 가압하는 가압 수단도 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 기록 매체 장치.
  14. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 접점 단자는 상기 카느리지 본에의 저면측 외측으로 향하고, 상기 셔터 부재는 일단부를 상기 릴 로크 해제 부재에 연결됨과 동시에 타단부에 구성한 셔터부가 상기 카트리지 본체의 저면부를 따라서 상기 릴 로크 해제 부재와 연동해서 이동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록 매체 장치.
  15. 제11항에 있어서, 최소한 상기 릴 로크 기구를 구성하는 상기 로크 레버와 상기 릴 로크 해제 부재 및 상기 셔터 부재는 일체 부재에 의해서 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 기록 매체 장치.
  16. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 기억 소자가 탑재된 배선 기판도 구비하고, 상기 접점 단자는 상기 배선 기판에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록 매체 장치.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 상기 접점 단자는 상기 카트리지 본체의 저면벽에 형성된 개구부를 거쳐서 외측으로 향하게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 기록 매체 장치.
  18. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 접점 단자는 상기 카트리지 본체의 배면측에 형성된 개구부를 거쳐서 외측으로 향하게 함과 동시에, 상기 릴 로크 기구의 상기 릴 로크 해제 부재와, 상기 카트리지 본체의 배면을 따라서 이동되어 상기 접점 단자를 개폐하는 상기 셔터 부재 사이에는 상기 릴 로크 해제 부재와 연동해서 상기 셔터 부재를 이동시키는 연결 기구를 또한 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 기록 매체 장치.
  19. 제17항에 있어서, 상기 릴 로크 해제 부재와 상기 셔터 부재는 서로 직교하는 방향으로 이동 가능하게 상기 연동 기구에 의해서 연동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록 매체 장치.
  20. 카트리지 본체와, 각각 상기 카트리지 본체 내에 회전 가능하게 지지됨과 동시에 플랜지부를 지닌 한쌍의 테이프 릴과, 상기 한쌍의 테이프 릴 사이에 권취된 테이프형 기록 매체와 상기 카트리지 본체에 회전가능하게 장착되고, 상기 한쌍의 테이프 릴 한쪽으로부터 조출되어 다른쪽 테이프 릴에 권취되는 상기 테이프형 기록 매체가 연장되는 상기 카트리지 본체의 전면측을 개폐하는 전면 뚜껑과, 상기 카트니지 본체에 내장되고, 상기 테이프형 기록 매체의 식별 정보가 기억되는 기억 소자와, 상기 기억 소자에 전기적으로 접속되고, 드라이브 장치에 대한 전기적인 접점이 되는 접점 단자와, 상기 전면 뚜껑의 회전에 연동해서 상기 접점 단자를 개폐하는 셔터 부재를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 기록 매체 장치.
  21. 제20항에 있어서, 상기 셔터 부재를 상기 접점 단자를 덮는 방향으로 가압하는 가압 수단을 또 가지며, 상기 셔터 부재는 상기 전면 뚜껑의 상기 카트리지 본체의 전면측을 개방하는 위치로의 회전에 따라서 상기 가압 수단의 가압력에 대항해서 이동되고, 상기 접점 단자를 개방하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록 매체 장치.
  22. 제21항에 있어서, 상기 전면 뚜껑은 조작부를 가지며, 상기 셔터 부재는 일단측에 상기 전면 뚜껑이 상기 카트리지 본체의 전면측을 개방하는 방향으로 회전될 때 상기 조작 부재에 의해서 가압되는 피가압부가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 기록 매체 장치.
  23. 제20항에 있어서, 상기 기억 소자가 탑재된 배선 기판도 구비하고, 상기 접점 단자는 상기 배선 기판에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록 매체 장치.
  24. 제23항에 있어서, 상기 접점 단자는 상기 카트리지 본체의 일측면벽에 형성된 개구부를 거쳐서 외측으로 향하게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 기록 매체 장치.
  25. 제24항에 있어서, 상기 개구부가 형성된 상기 카트리지 본체의 일측면벽 내면측에는 상기 개구부 양측에 위치해서 상기 배선 기판 양측이 게합되는 계합 유지부가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록 매체 장치.
