Abstract
수동식 분배용 펌프장치가 제공된다. 상기 분배용 펌프장치는 상기 펌프장치를 상기 공급용기상에 밀봉적으로 설치하기 위한 하우징을 포함한다. 상기 하우징은 상기 공급용기로부터 하류의 상기 방출구로의 유로를 제공하는 액체통로의 일부를 포함한다. 상기 액체통로내에는 입구밸브가 배치된다. 상기 입구밸브는 하향부압 기간에는 개방되어 있다. 또한, 상기 액체통로내에 출구밸브가 배치된다. 상기 출구밸브는 상향정압기간에는 액체의 유동을 허용하도록 개방되어 있고 상향부압기간에는 폐쇄되어 있다. 일종의 절찹식 펌프실이 입구밸프의 하류와 출구밸브의 상류의 액체통로의 일부를 이룬다. 상기 절첩식 펌프실은 그 측벽의 일부가 절첩식 측벽으로 이루어진다, 상기 절첩식 측벽은 펌프장치의 작동시에 예정된 형태로 접혀지게 구성된 구조를 갖는다.
Description
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명의 액체분배용 펌프에 이용하고 손으로 수축시킬 수 있는 펌프실의 위에서 비스듬히 본 분해 사시도이고, 제2도는 제1도의 액체분배용 펌프와 손으로 수축시킬 수 있는 펌프실의 아래에서 비스듬히 본 분해사시도이며, 제3도는 마개표시부가 완전한 상태이고 소송용 밀봉부가 폐쇄된 상태에서 제1도와 제2도의 조립된 액체분배용 펌프장치의 중심선을 따라 취한 단면도이다.
Claims (6)
- 수동식 액체분배용 펌프장치(a manually actuated liquid dispensing pump device)에 이용하는 절첩식 펌프실(a collapsible pump chamber)에 있어서, 상기 펌프실의 측벽의 일부를 이루는 주름잡힌 환형 측벽(a pleated annular side wall)을 포함하고, 상기 주름잡힌 환형 측벽은 펌프장치의 작동시에 예정된 형태로 접혀지게 구성된 구조를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 수동식 액체분배용 펌프장치에 이용하는 절찹식 펌프실.
- 수동식 액체분배용 펌프장치(a manually actuated liquid dispensing pump device)에 이용하는 절첩식 펌프실(a collapsible pump chamber)에 있어서, 상기 펌프실의 내적부분(an internal volumetric protion)을 한정하는 측벽의 일부를 이루는 주름잡힌 환형 측벽(a pleated annular side wall)을 포함하고, 상기 주름잡힌 환형 측벽은 펌프장치의 작동시에 예정된 형태로 접혀지게 구성된 구조를 가지며, 상기 예정된 형태로 접혀짐으로써 초기에는 일정한 행정길이에 대한 상기 내적부분의 체적변화(volumetric change in the internal volumetric portion per given stroke length)가 비교적 작지만 그러한 체적변화의 크기가 점점 증가하게 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 수동식 액체분배용 펌프장치에 이용하는 절찹식 펌프실.
- 공급용기(a supply container)로부터 액체를 뿜어내는 방출구(a discharge orifice)를 통해 방출하는 수동식 분배용 펌프장치(a manually operated dispensing pump device) 에 있어서, 상기 펌프장치를 공급용기상 에 밀봉적으로 설치하기 위한 것이며 상기 공급용기로부터 하류의 상기 방출구로의 유로를 제공하는 액체통로의 일부를 포함하는 하우징(a housing)과;상기 액체통로내에 배치되어 하향정압기간(during periods of positive downstream pressure)에는 액체의 유동을 저지하도록 폐쇄되어 있고 하향부압기간(during periods of negative downstream pressure)에는 개방되어 있는 입구밸브(an inlet valve)와; 상기 액체통로내에 배치되어 상향정압기간(during periods of positive upstream pressure)에는 액체의 유동을 허용하도록 개방되어 있고 상향부압기간(during periods of negative upstream pressure)에는 폐쇄되어 있는 출구밸브(an outlet valve)및; 입구밸브이 하류와 출구밸브의 상류의 액체통로의 일부를 이루는 절첩식 펌프실(a collapsible pump chamber)을 포함하고, 상기 절첩식 펌프실은 그 측벽의 일부가 절첩식 측벽(a collapsing side wall)으로 이루어지며, 상기 절첩식 측벽은 펌프장치의 작동시에 예정된 형태로 접혀지게 구성된 구조를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 수동식 분배용 펌프장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중의 어느한 항에 있어서, 상기 주름잡힌 환형 측벽의 두께가 펌프장치의 작동시에 상기 측벽이 예정된 형태로 접히게 하는 구조를 이루게 변화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수동식 약채분배용 펌프장치에 이용하는 절첩식 펌프실.
- 제1항내지 제4항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 주름잡힌 환형 측벽의 주름각(a pleat angle)이 펌프장치의 작동시에 상기 측벽이 예정된 형태로 접히게 하는 구조를 이루게 변화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수동식 약채분배용 펌프장치에 이용하는 절첩식 펌프실.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 싱기 측벽은 상기 펌프실의 내적부분( an internal volumetric protion)을 한정하고 펌프장치의 작동시에 예정된 형태로 접혀지게 구성된 구조를 가지며, 상기 예벙된 형태로 접혀지므로써 초기에는 일정한 행정길이에 대한 상기 내적부분의 체적변화(volumetric change in the internall volumertric portion per given stoke length)가 비교적 작지만 그러한 체적변화의 크기가 점점 증가하게 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 수동식 액체분배용 펌프장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
