Abstract
유체 디스펜서는 유체물질용 리저버, 리저버로 부터 물질을 수용할 수 있는 적어도 하나의 밀봉가능한 챔버, 디스펜서로부터 챔버 및 유체출구 사이에 있는 폐쇄밸브 수단 및 챔버 내의 어떤 유체물질을 가입하기 위한 펌프 수단을 구비하며, 상기 쳄버는 물질의 가압에 의해 변형되도록 배열된 적어도 하나의 탄성력 부분을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (9)
- 유체 디스펜서에 있어서, 유체물질용 리저버, 상기 리저버로 부터 물질을 수용할 수 있는 적어도 하나의 밀봉 가능한 챔버, 디스펜서로부터 쳄버 및 유체출구 사이에 있는 폐쇄밸브수단 및 쳄버내의 어떤 유체물질을 가입하기 위한 펌프수단을 구비하며, 상기 쳄버는 물질의 가압에 의해 변형되도록 배열된 적어도 하나의 탄성벽 부분을 구비함을 특징으로 하는 유체 디스펜서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 펌프수단은 수동식으로 변위가능한 작동부재를 구비함을 특징으로 하는 유체 디스펜서.
- 제2항에 있어서, 수동식 작동부재는 디스펜서로부터 쳄버 및 유체출구 사이에 있는 폐쇄 밸브를 개방하기 위해 배열된 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 디스펜서.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 가요성 벽 부분은 그 위체 폐쇄밸브가 위치하고 있는 다이아프럼을 구비함을 특징으로 하는 유체 디스펜서.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 펌프수단은 일렬로 배치된 2게의 압력쳄버를 구비함을 특징으로 하는 유체 디스펜서.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 압력 쳄버는 압력이 그 폐쇄위치로부터 밸브의 초기 변위에 의해 제1쳄버내에 발생하거나, 제1챔버를 통해 유체가 분출되게 하는 다이아프럼의 변위에 의해 제2쳄버내에 발생되도록 배열한 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 디스펜서.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 부가적으로 밸브를 개방하고 펌프수단을 작동시키기 위한 작동부재를 구비함으로써 그 작동부재가 동작될때 분배하고자 하는 가압 물질이 스프레이 출구를 통해 분배되며, 또한 분배된 물질에 정전하를 가하기 위하여 작동부재의 동작에 의해 작동가능한 전압발생수단을 구비함을 특징으로 하는 유체 디스펜서.
- 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 리저버는 벨로우즈형인 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 디스펜서.
- 유체 디스펜서에 있어서, 유체물질용 가요성 리저버와, 디스펜서의 유체출구를 통해 리저버로부터 물질을 분출하기 위한 펌프수단을 구비하며, 상기 펌프수단은 유체출구와 연결되는 출구밸브를 갖는 제1쳄버와, 제1쳄버 및 리저버 사이에 있는 제2쳄버 및 제1리저버 및 제2쳄버의 사이 그리고 제1및 제2쳄버 사이에 있는 비 복귀 벨브수단을 포함하며, 상기 비 복귀 밸브수단은 제1및 제2쳄버의 각각의 입구를 폐쇄하기 위하여 일체로 된 제1및 제2밀봉부재를 갖는 가요성 밸브부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 디스펜서.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
