압축된 가요성 제품용 패키지 및 그 제조방법(METHOD AND PACKAGE FORCOMPRESSED FLEXIBLE ARTICLES)
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 포장 슬리브내에 보유된 단위 패키지를 포함한 합성 패키지의 사시도이다.
제2도는 압축된 가요성 제품의 단위 패키지의 도면이다. 도시한 가요성 제품은 "헤드와 헤드가 결합된" 형상으로 접혀져서 포장된, 즉 단위 패키지의 동일 측면상에서 접혀진 에지의 형상이다.
제3도는 압축된 가요성 제품의 단위 패키지의 다른 형태를 도시한 것이다. 도시한 가요성 제품은 "헤드와 말단부가 결합된" 형상으로 접혀져서 포장된, 즉 단위 패키지의 대향 측면상에서 교대로 접혀진 에지의 형상이다.
제4도는 압축된 단위 패키지가 한쌍의 포장 슬리브내에 보유된 압축된 가요성 제품의 단위 패키지의 또다른 형태를 도시한 것이다.
제5도는 포장 슬리브의 다른 실시예의 개략도이며.
제5a도는 두개의 중첩부에서 함께 고정 접착된 두개의 종이 시트를 포함한 포장슬리브를 도시한 것이며.
제5b도는 하나의 중첩부에서 그 자체에 고정 접착된 하나의 종이 시트를 포함한 포장슬리브를 도시한 것이다.

Claims (13)

  1. 각각의 단위 패키지가 하나 이상의 압축된 가요성 제품을 포함하며, 열가소성 재료의 필름으로 제조된 커버링(15)에 의해 둘러싸인 하나 이상의 단위 패키지(20)를 포함한 압축된 가요성 제품(21)용 패키지(10)에 있어서, 각각의 단위 패키지가 적어도 네개의 측면을 포함한 종이 포장지(12)에 의해 압축된 상태로 유지되며, 상기 측면중 적어도 두개의 대향 측면이 압축된 가요성 제품의 압축 방향에 평행하게 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 패키지.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 각각의 종이 포장지(12)가 네개 측면의 슬리브를 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 패키지.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 각각의 단위 패키지(20)가 내외부 표면을 가진 종이 포장지를 포함하며, 단위 면적당 중량이 40g/㎡ 내지 125g/㎡인 종이로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 패키지.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 각각의 단위 패키지(20)는 인장 강도가 적어도 4kN/m이고 가공 방향으로 측정했을 때 본래 길이의 1.04보다 작은 신장성(파열시에)을 가진 재료로 제조된 종이 포장지(12)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 패키지.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 열가소성 재료의 필름으로 제조된 포장지(15)가 패키지의 외부층을 형성하며, 상기 백은 한쌍의 대향 단부 패널(14)에 의해 서로 결합된 전방 패널(13) 및 후방 패널을 포함하며, 상기 백은 그 외주연에서 상기 전후방 단부 패널에 고정된 상부 패널(18)을 포함하며, 상기 백은 압축된 가요성 제품(21)의 단위 패키지(20)로 충전된 백을 완전하게 폐쇄할 수 있는 개방 바닥 단부를 더 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 패키지.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 열가소성 재료의 필름으로 제조된 커버링(15)이 손잡이(16)와, 상기 단부 패널(14)의 소정 부분을 그 나머지로부터 분리할 수 있도록 형성한 상기 단부 패널의 약한부(17)인 적어도 하나의 연속선을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 패키지.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, a)종이내에 보유된 압축된 제품의 단위 패키지(20)에 접근할 수 있도록 열가소성 재료의 필름내에 개방 수단을 형성하는 약한부(17)인 연속선과, b)상기 포장지를 절단 개방 또는 부분적으로 개방할 수 있고 가요성 제품(21)을 패키지로부터 꺼낼 수 있게 하는 종이 포장지(12)내의 대응 개방 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 패키지.
  8. 제5항에 있어서, 열가소성 재료의 필름이 저밀도 폴리에틸렌(LDPE), 고밀도 폴리에틸렌(HDPE), 폴리에스터, 폴리프로필렌 또는 이들의 조합체나 박판 제품으로부터 선택되며, 색칠 또는 인쇄될 수 있거나, 색칠 및 인쇄될 수 있거나 투명한 것을 특징으로 하는 패키지.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 재료의 두께가 60㎛이하, 양호하게는 40㎛이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 패키지.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 외부 표면에 인쇄된 하나 이상의 종이 포장지(20)를 포함하며, 투명한 열가소성 필름으로 제조된 외부 커버링(15)을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 패키지.
  11. 압축성 가요성 제품의 패키지 제조 방법에 있어서, a)가요성 제품(11)의 하나 이상의 적층체를 압축하는 단계와, b)하나 이상의 포장지(12)를 형성하는 단계와, c)커버링(19)을 형성하는 단계와, d)마무리된 합성 패키지(10)를 형성하도록 적당한 방법으로 상기 조작에 의해 제조된 압축된 적층체, 포장지 및 커버링을조합하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 패키지 제조 방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 단계(a,b)가 가요성 제품의 압축된 적층체(24)에 인접하거나 둘레에 위치된 예비 성형된 종이 포장지(12)를 제조하는 단계를 더 포함하며, 상기 압축된 적층체(24)는 단위 패키지(20)를 형성하도록 예비 성형된 종이 포장지(12)내로 직접 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 패키지 제조 방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 종이 포장지(12)가 예비 성형되어 외부플라스틱 커버링(19) 내측에 위치되며, 상기 압축된 적층체(24)가 상기 예비 조립된 종이 포장지 및 플라스틱 커버링내로 직접 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 패키지 제조 방법.
