Abstract
분리벽에 의해 서로 분리되는 대략 평행하게 뻗은 다수의 채널(4;5;6;7)을 갖춘 세라믹 및/또는 금속 재료로 압출된 벌집형 본체(1)에 있어서, 적어도 외부영역에서 분리벽(3;8;9;10;11)이 벌집형 본체(1)의 횡단면으로 볼때 방사방향으로 강성 구조물 및/또는 외주방향으로 뻗은 강성지지구주물을 형성하지 않도록 배치되고 형성된다. 특히 나선형으로 또는 인벌류트형으로 뻗은 분리벽(3)은 벌집형 본체의 탄성을 증가시킨다. 이러한 형상은 예컨데 자동차 배기시스템의 전기로 가열가능한 촉매변환기에 사용되는 전기전도성 압출 벌집형 본체에 특히 적합하다.

Claims (9)
- 분리벽에 의해 서로 분리되는 대략 평행하게 뻗은 다수의 채널(4;5;6;7)을 갖춘 세라믹 및/또는 금속 재료로 압출된 벌집형 본체(1)에 있어서, 적어도 외부영역에서 분리벽(3;8;9;10;11)이 벌집형 본체(1)의 횡단면으로 볼때 방사방향으로 강성 구조물 및/또는 외주방향으로 뻗은 강성지지구주물을 형성하지 않도록 배치되고 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 향상된 유연성을 갖는 세라믹 및/또는 금속재료로 압출된 벌집형 본체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 외부영역에서 분리벽(3)의 일부가 횡단면으로 볼때 내부로 부터 외부로 휘어지게 뻗는 것을 특징으로 하는 향상된 유연성을 갖는 세라믹 및/또는 금속재료로 압출된 벌집형 본체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 휘어진 분리벽(3)이 나선형으로 또는 대략 인벌류트형으로 내부로 부터 뻗는 것을 특징으로 하는 향상된 유연성을 갖는 세라믹 및/또는 금속재료로 압출된 벌집형 본체.
- 제1항 내지 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 방사방향을 강성 스테이를 형성하지 않는 횡방향 연결대(8;9;11)가 휘어진 분리벽들 사이에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 향상된 유연성을 갖는 세라믹 및/또는 금속재료로 압출된 벌집형 본체.
- 제1항 내지 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 벌집형 본체(1)가 전기전도성 재료, 특히 금속 및 세라믹 분말의 압출된 혼합물로 이루어지고 ,전기 절연 세분을 위해 슬롯(12)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 향상된 유연성을 갖는 세라믹 및/또는 금속 재료로 압출된 벌집형 본체.
- 제6항에 있어서, 슬롯(12)의 횡단면이 휘어지게, 바람직하게는 휘어진 분리벽(3)에 대해 평행하게, 특히 나선형으로 또는 인벌류트형으로 내부로 부터 외부로 뻗는 것을 특징으로 하는 향상된 유연성을 갖는 세라믹 및/또는 금속재료로 압출된 벌집형 본체.
- 제1항 내지 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 분리벽(3)의 일부(13)가 나머지 분리벽(3) 보다 두꺼운 것을 특징으로 하는 향상된 유연성을 갖는 세라믹 및/또는 금속재료로 압출된 벌집형 본체.
- 제1항 내지 7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 분리벽(3,8)이 휘어진 세그먼트로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 향상된 유연성을 갖는 세라믹 및/또는 금속재료로 압출된 벌집형 본체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 개별 흐름채널(5;6;7)이 대략 다각형 횡단면을 가지기는 하지만, 이것이 내부로 부터 외부로 휘어진 선, 바람직하게는 인벌류트형으로 뻗은 선을 따라 배치되고 이것을 따라 정렬됨으로써 서로 이격된 흐름채널의 벽(9;10;11)이 서로 평행하지 않게 놓이는 것을 특징으로 하는 향상된 유연성을 갖는 세라믹 및/또는 금속재료로 압출된 벌집형 본체.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
